I have eaten here in the past and ordered carry-out several times and am normally happy. Tonight was terrible - I did not get some things I ordered and then the wrong thing despite ordering correctly. Then the 2 crab rangoons that came with the chicken dish were put in with sauce and were so soggy they were hard to eat. After spending over $50 and waiting extra time for the order to be ready I am not a happy camper. I did call and they will comp the forgotten item at next visit. I live farther away so didn’t have the time to return tonight. Hope they can improve from this. Check your carry-out orders before leaving!

Bland, gross combination lo mein. More broccoli than sauce or meat. Broccoli isn't even traditionally in lo mein. Never again. It was basically butter noodles with specs of meat. Steer clear of this trash

If I could could give a zero I would. I asked the girl if the egg drop soup was home made. She told me yes they make it fresh every morning. It's not. It's the basic fast food Chinese. The cashew chicken was disgusting. The overall food was Gross

I had a wonderful experience at Triple 8! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel truly welcomed throughout my visit. I also appreciate how clean and well-maintained the restaurant is, which added so much to the comfort of the dining experience. Triple 8 is definitely a place I’ll be returning to and recommending to friends!

Went through the drive-thru order sweet and sour chicken lo mein noodles and crab rangoon noodles & crab rangoon wasn't done called to tell they didn't know to tell them they said they didn't know what to do

Don't come here before closing time. But I haven't had Triple Eights in YEARS and I had been looking forward to this being my meal after traveling from Florida. We were allowed to dine in, reluctantly. But as soon as my Dad and I boxed up our leftovers and got to our vehicles, the lights were out and it was a wrap. The restaurant was closed at 9:30 on the dot. Not 9:32, not 9:31, 9:30! Yet, the cashew chicken was AMAZING!!!

Great food! Chef, Xing Huo Liu creates delicious and authentic Asian dishes that cannot be beat by those “chain” restaurants! The taste and quality is one of the best I’ve had in Missouri. I just moved to the Springfield area and I will definitely be a loyal customer! Thank you, Chef Liu and Triple Eights staff!
