The person at the counter didn’t listen to what I ordered, entered my order incorrectly, over-charged me, then argued with me. Extremely pitiful customer service.

Adison was incredibly friendly and timely. Wish she was the person they put up front, because it would have been a much nicer experience. Nikki was unbelievably rude and wreaked of marijuana. She was extremely unfriendly at the register and obviously rude to her co workers. Maybe management should pay better attention to the attitudes and work ethics of employees.

Came in and ordered at 2:43 pm on 11/18/2023. I forgot I wanted to add vitamin C to my smoothie, and the worker said she couldn't do it because she would have to re-ring in the order. I asked if she could re-ring it in for me, and she then gave me a really dirty look and huffed and puffed and had a bad attitude. Very odd behavior and extremely rude customer service.? ?? I'm glad she wasn't the one making the smoothies bc who knows what she would've done to it?!

They changed the points system, doubled the rewards needed for things. I know it's not this store's fault but maybe the suits will see this and change something
The staff is never welcoming. Food and smoothies are always good though. If they could be a little more welcoming that would make a major difference.
