Didn't get half the food I ordered online and they will not respond to calls or emails.

Stopped in for lunch today 10/30, around 12:30. Three girls were just talking trash on their coworkers And a customer who is on the phone who had their food made wrong the entire time. I get my food and this is what I see. Not even half full and two pieces of chicken. Sad to pay $14 for this.

Smoothie tasted like water and it smelled pretty bad in there. Wouldn’t recommend.

Do not answer their phone when called, send out wrong deliveries through door dash & do not make anything right. Very unprofessional.

Says it opens at 7am and it’s 7:30 and they’re not open 😡

The quesadilla was fine. I wasn’t expecting anything mind-blowing since it’s a smoothie shop. I’m sugar free and didn’t really see anything that wouldn’t have added sugar (juice concentrate or other ingredients that aren’t fruit) or Splenda. The young men were polite and seemed to be working hard.

The SMELL made the atmosphere 0/5. It smelled like dirty people that don’t shower. I can’t describe the odor any better way. The employees were well-kempt and the other customer seemed clean, so I’m guessing, based on reading other reviews, that this is a chronic issue. I almost was afraid to order due to the smell. If there’s been several reviews talking about smell, why hasn’t this been taken care of?

We’ve never had an issue with this location prior to today. When we walked through the door we were met with the pervasive scent of an unwashed rear end. Although it seem like satire it was an extremely unpleasant experience. We ended up deciding to take our food to go due to the horrible smell that lingered. Also I requested no cheese on my wrap due to dietary restrictions and my wrap had cheese on it anyway.

My favorite tropical smoothie location in town! Food is great and staff is very friendly. Kenzie is an especially hard worker that is really friendly and has great customer service. Definitely recommend!

Just prepare to be waiting forever and a day for your food bc of the employees and not the managers…I feel so sorry for the lead on duty bc she truly seemed like she was going through it

These smoothies were so plain and barely had any flavor. Definitely not worth the money. We maybe would’ve said something but the workers seemed very unhappy to be there so we just left. It also smelled terrible in there? Some sort of weird food smell. Anyway, we should’ve just gone to Smoothie King.
