Literally went to pick up a order delivery for Doordash and the guy behind the cashier was so rude to me I went to pick the order up he told me so rudely sir don't go where we work I literally was going over there by the order delivery like the lady said too. This isn't the first time this person has done this to me I almost feel he is targeting me because of my cross necklace I was wearing. I feel discriminated against He literally called me out in front of everyone and I didn't even do nothing wrong. I will be filing a complaint with management because I nor anyone else should feel belittled like he made me feel.

Food is noticeable when you tip. Employees really think they are entitled to 15% when they spend 5 minutes cleaning a cup when there is nobody but me in line. Do not go there before 3pm. Major employee

Went in for lunch to get my daughter and mother a meal, after a 30 minute wait only to leave with nothing. We were told upon entry that they werent taking orders for 10 minutes. We waited, 20 minutes pass and we were then told they were no longer taking food orders. There was 3 total employees all working on to-go orders only, while at least one employee should have been catering to walk-in orders. The employee was not friendly, and moving very slow without a care in the world for the guests waiting patiently in the dining area. Totally unprofessional. Im not sure who was managing today, but some education on how to run things needs to be in place. Terrible customer service. Staffing is an issue and we were patient only to be let down.

Pathetic. I have never seen or heard of worse customer service than what I received today. My fiancee and I walked in this afternoon to get a smoothie and the first thing the guy said was "are you here for an online order?, to which I responded no. He proceeded to say literally the following: "Okay, so we're not going to take your order because we have a lot of online orders coming in and we don't have time to serve you". Keep in mind this was in the afternoon and they don't close until 9pm. Absolutely ridiculous. Perhaps a "Welcome in, i'm sorry we're very busy, it will take around 30 minutes to make your smoothie!". Nope. For reference, it was some guy with glasses - that kid is rude.
Can not get an order correct 75% of the time either missing ingredients or added incorrect dressings. I've ordered here several times and even on the receipt it reads right, yet they still make I wrong. Slow down and read!

The food was amazing fast and super good. The avocado tasted fresh and nice sliced. I believe I got the southwest wrap idk he choose my order bc it was my first time. He ordered the quesadilla I believe as well. The strawberry banana smoothie was excellent as well. Thank you to him and hopefully we will be returningParking: Parked pretty close up to the front door
Noticed there was already a review about this but clearly it has not been resolved, the person who is supposedly the manager, Jasmin as another reviewer mentions, can still be found chatting with other employees tucked into the back of the store while one or two people run the front of the store by themselves. Sometimes it's just one person doing food and smoothies by themselves. The food is amazing and so are the smoothies so I will continue to come back, but please get your management in check.
