The food is good however there is one in particular worker that is always there that is super rude. Younger girl. She makes me not want to come to this location.

the women working on 12/28 around 1:30
were so rude for absolutely no reason. - i work as a server at a restaurant in town-
so i get lunch rush, rude customers, i get long hours, i try to go out of my way to be kind to service workers.
the workers are always so rude here.
but this day in particular was it for me, so im writing a review- get a smoothie somewhere else, these workers seem to go out of their way to be rude- even to kind customers.

The front counter girl slammed every thing she touched and has the face that says I hate this job. And even spoke like it as well. Great food just don't like the energy.

This is a more revised post as I was unable to finish my first one. There are two Hispanic girls that work at the tropical smoothie Cafe at north Kentwood next to macadoodles. These girls have serious attitude problems. Twice they were rude to my wife and I and also completely ignored us the second and first time we came in. Acting as if waiting on us was a huge inconvenience to them. While speaking very fast Spanish to each other. The smoothies they gave us were terrible and lacked flavor. The one girl making them must not like her job cause she slammed the smoothie picture on the counter while giving my wife and I very dirty looks. The other employees at this location are always friendly and always make good smoothies. But these girls act like they would rather be some where else.

Always a great place to go me and my mama love it mama always gets the same thing I tried something different what kind of stuck on that sunrise smoothie those are really super good

It was my first time here, so I had to ask another customer where do you place an order because there are no signs on where to order. I went straight to the counter when I first walked in, assuming that's where orders are placed. I ordered the chicken Quesadilla, everything tasted fresh, perfect temperature. Neatly prepared, visually appealing. Prices are reasonable. Exterior & interior was inviting & clean. Staff was friendly when addressed, but they didn't greet customers coming in from my observation.

I had my first day of training at this tropical smoothie location. I was already hired, my boss hired me on and did orientation at the Campbell location of Tropical Smoothie. I came here for training. Isabella the higher up manager in front of the boss who hired me, terminated me without valid reason. All she said was, I'm sorry but you are not a great fit for the cafe, she asked me to leave my shirts and the hat she provided me with at the table and she would grab it after I'd left. Thankfully, I didn't - I took it up with my boss who hired me and I'm not sure why she felt like she didn't want to be honest and truthful with me. If you're looking for a job at tropical smoothie, definitely not recommended.I asked her how I could clock in, and she did t say anything, all she said is it would be on the training guide, it wasn't. She also said that I would be able to learn hands on experience with cashiering, smoothie making and etc.) I was so excited just to find out the main manager above my boss didn't like me and honestly she could've said it to me instead of waisting my time.Job wise - takes two weeks to get passed the interview & orientation , also three weeks in total to even get started training.I genuinely love tropical smoothie, however would never recommend working there unless your ready to be laid off.

I have never been treated so kindly at a fast food restaurant before. Excellent and willing attitudes, and so patient while I managed children and ordering simultaneously.Highly recommended for food quality AND service!

Good food at a good price. Service was ok. Young kids working there. They were polite, and got the job done. Just not welcoming or personal. Fast service and effective work ethic. Just needs to work interpersonal skills.
