Lonnie, Ellen and Liam are so very nice. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I love this place. Everything is so yummy. My favorite dole products are the pineapple (which they always have) and the orange(which is one of the alternates.) But now I am hooked on the shaved ice. It’s not like a chunky sno cone. It’s super soft like snow. I love the ice coffee and the root beer float. I need to try others. Thanks you guys for such a lovely flavorful experience.

It was fantastic, we had friends in from California that vacation in Hawaii many times a year and are addicted to the Hawaiian shave ice. They were excited to hear about Tropical Sno. We went last week to give it a try and they loved it. We are hooked and planning on getting more before the end of the season. Thanks for a great authentic treat. They are the REAL DEAL

Such an incredible experience! The owner offered free samples and fully explained all the products they offer, and was so personable and kind! They also have a nice covered seating area with picnic tables, cornhole, checkers, and tic tac toe! We will absolutely be back.

LOVE these folks and the Sno Cones. These are the best Snow Cones in Springfield, MO! Significantly better than other ice cream places in the area. I’ve gotten personally hooked on the Disney Dole soft serve as well.

There are so many options and all of them are great! The strawberry with cream and cake flavor is my favorite. Very rich and plenty of syrup. Really the best of the shaved ice/snow cone genre. Highly recommend you try it out.

Loved our experience here! The owner is a ray of sunshine, and enhanced our experience tenfold. My boyfriend and I stopped by on a whim and we are so happy we did. I have been telling everyone and their mother to stop by.

If the amazing treats aren't enough to have you coming back, the owner's personality and incredible staff will be. Between offering us samples and explaining the menu to us, the owner provides such an lovely experience with the utmost enthusiasm that'll leave you with a smile. You can tell they love what they do! So happy we stopped by and will be filling our punch card in again soon!

Dropped by for a little birthday treat and it was amazing! We tried a sample of the soft treat like from Disney, orange and pineapple, and it was 10/10! I opted to get Hawaiian shaved ice instead and there were so many different flavors, such as iced coffee, blackberry cobbler, etc. I got the rainbow and it was so good and refreshing in the hot heat.

There’s a shaded seating area, and they have games such as checkers and cornhole! Not only that, it was very affordable!

I definitely recommend checking this place out.
