Lonnie, Ellen and Liam are so very nice. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I love this place. Everything is so yummy. My favorite dole products are the pineapple (which they always have) and the orange(which is one of the alternates.) But now I am hooked on the shaved ice. It’s not like a chunky sno cone. It’s super soft like snow. I love the ice coffee and the root beer float. I need to try others. Thanks you guys for such a lovely flavorful experience.
Beyond the fantastic sno cones, it's the people who make this place special. They clearly pour their heart and soul into their business, and it shows in every aspect. If you're looking for a sweet treat and a dose of good vibes, this is the spot to visit. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
It was fantastic, we had friends in from California that vacation in Hawaii many times a year and are addicted to the Hawaiian shave ice. They were excited to hear about Tropical Sno. We went last week to give it a try and they loved it. We are hooked and planning on getting more before the end of the season. Thanks for a great authentic treat. They are the REAL DEAL
