I have tried most of the menu and enjoyed it. Today I tried the Burrito. I have a staple Burrito that I get at another Mexican restaurant and it will have to stay my staple. The Burrito at Tuka Taco was not so good. All beans and rice. I ordered the steak and there was about the same amount of steak as 1 taco in the entire large burrito and it cost nearly $15. This might have ruined it for me ever going back. I hate to say I feel cheated, but I could have bought an entire meal at a better sit down restaurant with chips and salsa for free. I tried to support local small food trucks, but I feel it has gotten out of hand. Food seems to be more expensive and less quality and comfort than sit down joint.

Food was decent, but we were shorted one burrito but still charged almost $16 for it. We tried to call the number listed to see if we could go back to get it and couldn't get ahold of anyone.

Had the Pastor Tacos w/side of potatoes and mixed the verde and el diablo salsas 👌

Honestly, all I could taste was oil no real flavor at all. The tacos were super greasy and just disappointing. I was really hoping for something better

Got a barbacoa burrito, it was small and expensive and only had a small clump of meat right in the center and nothing at all out from the middle section, way way to expensive for a tiny burrito that gets slung off a trailer for god sakes and it simply was not that good, no idea who all these people saying this place is so amazing are coming from...displaced tacobell former customers maybe who dont have a clue about tacos as it is maybe ? Dont know but its a fail an im an avid taco smasher

It's a food truck... And if you love birria then this is the place to visit. They have delicious birria tacos, burritos, quesadillas, pizzas, tortas, and more. Their nopales is very good. I've been to both locations and they are efficient and friendly. Be sure to choose wisely on the salsa selections as they have both mild and hot (🥵). The portions are generous.
