New owners...New drink specials. Had my birthday party there...service was amazing.

I had my Birthday Party at Uncle Bently's. Our service was amazing! We had 22 people and never waited for anything.

The owner is rude and dismissive of his paying customers. He wants to squabble over quarters when we are spending way more in bar tabs…just sad. No music unless you pay for it and it’s NEVER busy…very telling

The staff was attentive and friendly when we came in to drink some pitchers of beer. However the owner wanted to give us a hard time about not paying for the score keeping on the shuffle board. He told us the table costs $6000 and I assume he told us this so we would put $.50 in for scores we can just keep in our heads. We were the ONLY people there in a dead bar and yet he wanted to squabble over a few quarters when we are already buying drinks and beers, paying the juke box since there is NO music unless you pay for it. We left shortly after, leaving undrunk beer and I gave the owner a $1 in quarters for his unleveled falling apart table . If this is how you treat your customers no wonder it’s always dead! One of my friends is a golf pro at a local club and now all the golf members are going to know about this! We will not be back…

This bar is my go to when in town. It has a great atmosphere and the regulars. I have been coming here for over a year and have never been treated differently by any of the bartenders. Great staff all around! If you want a low key pub with a couple pool tables, this is the spot.

It was not busy on a Monday night, but Sam the bartender was upbeat and a good conversationalist. Good beer selection.

I saw a negative comment previously, and just wanted to say This place doesn't even keep your card, but hands it back promptly after swiping. So, not sure how they could steal the card. That lady posted back in 2024 about something completely different on Facebook. This gives the vibe of harassment.

Anyway, here's an honest review. This place has amazing staff members, met em and learned alot of them are college students. The owner is incredibly kind, from what I learned. It's a very locals bar and relaxing. I'm so happy we found this place. So, locally owned. It's kinda tucked away thought, so have to figure out where it is.

My family and I aren't from Springfield, but my friend is. So, we ended up visiting with them. It was so fun, drinks are reasonably priced. Don't have to worry about the drama of dealing with drunk college students. So, enjoyed my time.

Yes, they don't offer food aside from popcorn, however it's a pub, not a restaurant. So, it makes sense.

We did ordered food from across the way, and it was placed on our tab as we ordered through them. No worry of multiple transactions. Efficient. 10/10. The staff was attentive and engaging.

I really hope the false review removed, because making false claims against a business is defamation and it's illegal.

YOU CANT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CARD!! DONT put a card on tab because they either loose it or the girls working steal it. Came in bought a pitcher and put a card on tab, I was informed it would be run at the end of our visit. When trying to leave and pay our tab they were not able to locate the card that I handed the clerk. Very unfortunate for them, I walked out and locked the card they have in the store and won’t give back. I will be reporting this to law authorities!!
Ladies, looking for a quiet bar to go with your friends so nobody bothers you? Come to Bentleys! This place is dead, no music, nobody is ever here it’s always empty. Eat before, they don’t serve food (or fun unique drinks)! 2 pool tables and 1 shuffle board for a price of course, wow. Waste your funds and time everywhere else.. 👎🏼 The manager is creepy, he stares and makes laps at customers, made us very uncomfortable.

Sucks to give a 1 star, but they charged my friend $6.50 for a long island iced tea, and then refused to give it to him, because the bartender said he was going to give it away and it was against policy. They refused to give him the drink or refund him for it and told him to leave.

Do not waste your time coming here!! Wow, no food, crappy service, expensive drinks. They only have 2 pool tables and a shuffle board hiding in the back. This is the most boring “bar” in town, I’m not sure how this is a business. Do better Springfield, and know your rights to all my service dog friends- these people will HARASS YOU!!
