Kevin made a decadent chocolate cake and vanilla cupcakes with cream cheese frosting for a celebration of life party we held for my father. They were both absolutely delicious! Kevin's staff delivered them to our venue right on time. I highly recommend Veggie Haven Catering!

I ordered a lasagna for myself and two assorted dessert boxes for a New Year’s Eve party. The lasagna was amazing! Everyone raved about the desserts. I have never had a cupcake taste so good in my life. Everyone was asking where I got them from, no idea they were vegan. Too bad I don’t live closer or I would be doing the meal plans. Springfield is very lucky!! Best Wishes in 2024.

My grandson has a dairy allergy and my sister has alpha gal. It was great to be able to offer them something similar to what we were having (lasagna). It was delicious! We also loved the spinach artichoke dip, cookies, brownies and cherry cheesecake. Thank you!!

Kevin and his team from Veggie Haven Catered a large party of about 80 people for us. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. I cannot recommend them enough for anybody who loves a great vegan experience. We had four people there with alpha gal and nobody had a reaction! Thank you so much for catering our large event, and taking such care of all of us who have food allergies. ❤️

Well we had you peanut butter/chocolate cake yesterday, Vegan, and it was a hit. Very moist. I wish we would have taken it out of the refrigerator earlier for the cream icing to soften up. Rookies mistake. Everyone enjoyed just the taste of sweet without it being too sweet. And I so enjoyed telling everyone....ITS VEGAN!
