Don’t do designs here in independence go to camble… independence is so bad.. they don’t put effort on do nothing even if is with a week of anticipation. I wanted for my sisters birthday the first picture and I told them that I could wait a day or so and the girl did it in front of me with bad attitude and no effort and wanted me to pay that horrible cake… I thought that was just that time so I actually went to another Walmart the one in camble and the next day they gave me a beautiful one. Then months later I tried independence again and ask them for the third picture and they told me that they can do the frost but not the actual figure on top and I said that it was fine and they took picture of what I wanted etc.. and I asked them to write the name and the cake and neither of that they did. Horrible service. Never going back to independence

Our college program used the bakery and they came through. The baker was amazing during the whole process. Answered questions and made the whole experience perfectly smooth and outstanding. The cakes turned out fantastic, they tasted and looked great too. The cakes were a hit! Thank you.

After several days of calling I finally was able to get someone to answer to order a cake for my sons birthday. I ordered the cake nearly a week in advance however it looked just thrown together when I recieved it. It was extremely sloppy, the writing was barely legible, the box it was in was too small so the sides were smashed, and the firetruck was stuck upside down in the front of the cake. When my sister-in-law went to pick it up she had to search for an employee to get the cake for her bc the bakery was closed (at 3pm on a Monday) Its obvious that just a random employee decorated the cake and bot someone who actually knows how, so of course I am extremely unhappy that I was charged full price ($25) for a cake that looks like a child decorated it. Why would Walmart even take a custom cake order if they dont have employees to make them is a mystery to me. Whats really sad is Im pretty sure even if I was to go up there and complain I wouldnt get a refund. Below is the photo of what I ordered, then photos of what I recieved.
