Stopped in for a late lunch; I was the only one there. I liked the private little tables in their own little rooms.
It's a bit on the pricey side but the sushi is solid. I ordered the 8 piece nigiri with a California roll and a spicy tuna roll.
The nigiri was fantastic! The salmon was so buttery and delicious. It was a great fish to rice ratio as well.
The California roll was one of the better ones I've had in Springfield. I prefer the cream cheese, crab, etc to be mixed instead of just chunks of them wrapped up. Again, they have a great rice to filling ratio!
The spicy tuna was good as well. Not too spicy and well proportioned.
The presentation of everything was very pretty and I liked the fresh flowers 💐
Lastly, my server was awesome and very nice!

The food was amazing, so fresh. The server was knowledgeable about gluten free, which I appreciated very much. We loved the private atmosphere of the booths. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the server didn't pick up our dirty plates. The prices were good.

Service was great and the restaurant was comfortable, however, the food wasn’t great. It was just ok. Of the 4 sushi rolls we tried, 2 seemed too saucy. Also, something seemed off with the seaweed within the roll. I’m not sure I would come back as there are so many other options for great sushi in the area.

This place was a pleasant surprise. There is a lot of sushi places to choose around here. This one just happened to be the closest to me with the best rating. I have never been here before, but I was pleasantly pleased with the presentation and the quality of the sushi I will happily come back if I’m in town again.

I love this place and I've just converted my husband this evening. The sushi is delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate. The service is always lovely. It's kind of crazy how this place isn't packed with a line waiting but we always walk in and get a seat immediately. I'm a little hesitant to post this because I selfishly hate waiting in lines and this is a hidden gem!
