Friendly some times. But nickel and dime you. You get charged for one extra sauce when getting 3 different things of nuggets (not small counts). And I always get asked to pull forward and wait.

Once waited over 45 minutes for a plain baked potato. Asked on its whereabouts and the employees were very rude about it. (They were not busy and I was the only person inside.) Service is always slow, employees usually ignore you or sound irritated. Once went and literally every single drink except a few diet drinks were out. Potatoes sometimes aren't cooked all the way.

So I pulled in , and when I initially ordered it was an ai bot taking my order which got my order wrong. When I made it to the window and corrected my order They still passed out the wrong order. On top of all that , my bun was stale , the meat was lukewarm and the fries were cold. There are plenty of other wendys in springfield that are better.

I don't like the touch screen ordering process. I waited for several minutes at the counter for the associate that was 3 feet away to acknowledgee and take my order. Only to be treated like I was a bother.

I had just gotten off from working hospice and was sad and knew I was hungry but couldn't decide what to eat. Alisha was so kind and helped me order. Kindness goes so far in this world. She even took the extra time to say kind words while taking my order realizing it was more than just me ordering food. We need more people like her in a place like this. I thanked her. Her job is more so much more than just food projection she also is able to read people and feed us on our busy days and keep our lives in motion so that we're able to do our jobs. To say thank you is more than you'll ever know.

Unsweetened tea was soured and evidently the French fry oil needed to be changed long ago. For 12.74 you would think the (fast food) would have some sort of quality.

I think this is probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve had in Springfield. Was a bit of a red flag when I pulled up and the place was a ghost town despite being so close to campus. I ordered on the app, otherwise I would have gone someplace else.

The food was not good, the chicken sandwich had a weird flavor, was dry (maybe sitting for awhile?), and had slimey lettuce. The fries were soggy.

The chicken nuggets were acceptable. I realized after I left that I never got a straw for my drink… which ended up being ok because it was straight carbonated water with no syrup (cherry limeade energy drink).
