Manager which was a black women think an employee said her name was T, was yelling almost screaming at her employee. Then when I said something she told me my order wasn't there must be a different store n turned away. Yelling at her employee again i had to bring up my receipt n a different person waited on me. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THAT POOR EMPLOYEE. PLUS DIDNT RECIEVE 1 DRINK, A FRY, AND 2 SANDWICHES...... POLLY CUZ THE MANAGER IS MAKING IT A HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT

This Wendy’s seriously gets our order wrong every single time extremely unreliable we accidentally door dashed from this Wendy’s instead of west bypass. They always miss things this time around we literally ordered 3 medium biggie bags and all 3 came without their medium fries and 2 of the spicy nuggets were literally half spicy and half normal and they won’t fix their mistake and door dash only offered a refund when we just wanted our food. Extremely dissatisfied with Kearney Wendy’s.

I just ordered a breakfast sandwich and it's SO BAD I'm throwing it away, it's dripping in grease, the cheese is unmelted, the egg isn't cooked through, and it's COLD. Can't you all EVEN MICROWAVE IT A FEW SECONDS? Come on, y'all and you think you deserve an entire $25/hour? For what?

Kinda lazy and rude workers. You pull up after dark and they expect you to read the menu in the dark with no light. Then they rush you through your order. Not that it matters it'll probably be wrong anyway. Just rude taking the money at the window. Most professional places acknowledge you and you know they'll say " 39.06 out of 40 thank you" or something. Not here. It's more like a drug deal. Then they won't even look at you hang you your change and walk off. No recite no nothing. None of the folks had hairnets or gloves on. It was disgusting. I wanted a refund just watching them make my food. Long hair dangling in the bag. Gross. Then they hand you your food like they are mad they had to make it. Yeah pay these folks 20 and hour lol

First time hitting Wendy's in a long time. Probly not again. Ordered the Bacon Triple, waited 8 minutes, got home... No bacon. Anywhere. Remember what Joe Pesci said about the drive-thru? Apparently it's true at this store. Had to pull the lettuce off, limp like wet paper.

How do you not put bacon on a burger that has bacon in the name? Gonna stick with Burger King. It's bacon, yo. That's serious.

...and is it company policy to not provide spoons with chili. They gave one knife/fork pack with two chilis... and 2 packs of crackers. Nah, not going back.

Local Wendy's franchisee needs to get a Secret Shopper in that store. Let me know, I'll be fair and do it for a nominal fee. Afterwards, they might be looking for a new store manager.

The lady working up front that looks like Mike wazowski from Monsters Inc had an attitude cause I waited for my food and didn't tell them I was there for a mobile order... and said the mobile order area is for door dash only and not mobile cause it will get stolen... if ppl are going to steal i don't think they care if it's door dash or mobile...I followed instructions from the app and the signs in the store

Got the apple pecan and large coke delivered to work for lunch. Guess I'm having it fir dinner instead. No fork no straw no napkins. The bag was all taped up so definitely not the delivery guys fault. Come on guys! It's not that hard!!!! Had to skip lunch cuz of this! Not good not good!!
