I ordered a chili with cheese and told them specifically NO ONIONS! I get back to work and guess what?! It was loaded with onions! I have diverticulitisxand can't have onions. I had to throw it away and go without lunch....listen to ur customers!!!!

Went to the Wendy's off Kearney Sunday evening around 9:30 unfortunately an employee was being picked up by ambulance so I'm sure it threw their night off but everything was wrong with my order I got the wrong drinks (2 of them and taste like a cross between root beer and Diet Coke I don't even know what it is I even double checked with window dude cuz I got the wrong drink somewhere yesterday) they didn't give me receipt they almost didn't even give me some stuff that I ordered it was $36 for three people to eat plus not to mention the amount of time I sat in the Drive-Thru waiting for my food in which was cold and made me late picking up my husband from work almost ran out of gas and I had to go to the bathroom (I'm 7mo pregnate) I tried to call the location to speak to the manager and no one's answering even though they don't close till midnight so definitely not happy maybe it was just an off night but I feel wronged LOL will definitely be calling in the morning to speak to a manager but the two workers I did speak with were kind so that's a plus

We went through the drive-thru to grab a kids meal. Christopher was the happiest Wendy's employee I've ever seen! He did a great job and the order was ready very quickly.

A man handed me my food order and underneath his nails and all on his hands were black with dirt (I hope). Almost like I was at mechanic shop instead of a restaurant. ? PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS, I threw my food away because that is sketchy. Also out of juice.

Probably one of the more inconsistent and slow locations in town. Be prepared to pull over to a spot if ordering late!
Really want my experience? Wendy's was just the setting.Had a coupon, but it's expired. News-Leader isn't enclosing them anymore. Used an expired one at the counter up on Kearney, let me keep it, but they took at the drive-up at the Wendy's west of here, but my friend was paying and he doesn't like coupons because it makes things complicated. I ordered the $5 biggie bag, asked for a coffee with chocolate as the drink, they wanted to charge $2.50 more, so I dropped it, and asked for a fountain lemonade instead - friend paying got upset, I ended up with no lemonade, but he had take me his coffee, because he thought I told then to drop his regular coffee, tho I told him it was his.Parking: Used the drive up window
