They always freestyle my food giving me whatever no matter what's on the ticket. Today they put mayo and tomato on my burger which it doesn't even come with and then didn't give me any lettuce when I paid for extra, and they didn't even give me my receipt this time so I couldn't do anything about it.... I will not be going here again. Manager clearly doesn't know how to staff a store if the employees are too overworked or too stupid to catch the difference between mayonnaise and lettuce....

Wendy's not very good customer service manager sucks in Bolivar Missouri use book coupons. I try to tell you. They're expired when they have months to go and had to keep pointing it out to I will never go back to Wendy's and eat for the bad experience. I had in Bolivar Missouri and a couple of men Springfield 2. There is a couple in Springfield that was really good, but other ones pretty much suck.

Had a mobile order, was told to pull to the mobile order sign after going through the drive through with no one else behind me (I assume to keep the drive time metric down). Fries were okay, nuggets were good, but my burger was cold as ice after a 5 minute drive. I’m lead to believe I was given an old burger patty because of this. Overall food was decent after some quick work from chef Mike (my own microwave) but overall disappointed.
