Like the new building Food was warm the guy at the fry station rolling up his sleeves touching arm pits to show off his tats with out changing his gloves going right back to work was nasty couldn't eat them fry's after that

I had a very pleasant experience at this Wendy’s. The Manager Alex made my family’s visit definitely 5 Star. We have specific menu needs, and he provided alternatives. Everyone was happy. If I could give him more stars I would! Thank you. I will certainly be back to this store.

I was going through the drive in and pulled out of line to go home to grab something and y'all were rude af the window. Throwing peace signs and getting an attitude is wild work. you had no idea what was taking place and you had other customers at your window?? You're not even the only Wendy's on Kearney lol, they have y'all beat.

Server was friendly and patient with my elderly mother. Bathrooms were dirty, food was good. There were two space heaters, but it was very 🥶 inside where people sit (that is why the 2 stars.) Maybe it was a one off thing?

Didn't have a super great time. They got my order wrong and I had to fight to get it right. Usually never have this big of an issue replacing a chicken sandwich.
In the drive thru every time I would add an item to my order, I was asked "Is that it?". After 3 times, I told the employee I would tell him when I was done. At the pickup window, I was informed by the "Manager" that their employees are trained to say that and she didn't appreciate me telling the employee that I would tell him when I was done. I was asked to pull forward so they could provide me fresh nuggets. However, after waiting, I went in to pick up my food. The nuggets were luke warm, the baconator fries had shredded cheese throwed on top, not melted. Not good food or customer service.

Wendys has really gone downhill. The food quality is not consistent, the chili has changed (is it even made in-store anymore?), the "natural cut" fries are disgusting, so doesn't leave much of anything to buy there.

The wait to order was pretty bad for fast food at about 5 minutes, there were only 2 people ahead of me. The wait for the food was about average for Wendy's. It appeared they were more focused on the drive thru then lobby customers.

Yes received a refund but at the end of the day it should have never left the window like that. We’re your customers and you would think you would want to serve your customers edible food!!!!
Store manager needs to speak with staff to ensure crew members are doing their job!!!
