Dear corporate STOP putting mayo on everything!!!!!!! It's GROSS 🤢🤢🤢 also not one wendys keeps they're veggies fresh and if they are fresh it's the yellow lettuce the onions always the outer layer that has no flavor 😔 plz fix the veggies

They were absolutely fantastic. I went through a different wendys drive through and bought the key tag. It's super small and I think they forgot to give it to me. I called this wendys and explained the story I had the receipt and Heather said just to come on by. I end up going to the wendys I actually ordered from and they don't have a Heather! I call back and explain my situation they had a district manager there and they said hey just come on out here! No idea how stoked up I'm gonna use this thing with how hard I worked for it lol.

I asked for no mustard, it’s smeared all over. Be more pleasant at the window, no need of shoving the bag in my face and being snobby, all I said was have a good day. Place needs cleaned up, place can be cleaned up, and the bushes could used trimmed. 1/10 overall. P.s yes I took a bite, everybody knows the rules.
One star is too much. My diet soda was not diet and I am type one diabetic that could've killed me had I not had my partner check. My burger was made entirely wrong, they didn't put onions on my chili, and the potato was brown and old. When I called the store to get a refund or the number for the refund, the manager on duty Brooke was completely unhelpful and uncaring. I am a former Wendy's employee so I KNOW these are not the standards corporate has for their stores. I am severely disappointed.

This is why I don't usually go to these types of restaurants anymore. Ask for one thing get something completely different. Either they're not listening to you or they just don't give a damn!!! Should be able to trust them to get your order right. Shouldn't have to open your burger in the drive thru when they're a line of cars waiting to get their order.....

Carnivores.. can't eat here.. no Ala cart patties. They will charge full sandwich price. First Wendy's I have encountered that won't sell just the patty.. otherwise the place is clean and staff is great.
