This morning (11/28/2025) we were black friday shopping and needed something quick. We thought wendy’s is always good, we stood corrected, the service was horrible, we pulled up to order and we were told to wait a second in a very rude manner, once the EMPLOYEE was ready we put our order in, a sausage burrito, reiterated two times, and the pull apart cinnabons, we got to the window after over ten minutes of waiting and the lady had her tongue out half the time either licking her lips or moving it around , she was very nice, but wasn’t very sanitary we finally got our food and the burrito wasn’t correct it was bacon instead of sausage, the pull apart were still frozen in the middle and the icing was just plopped on the top. I will never eat here ever again!!!

The burger fries and chicken nuggets were all room temperature! Except one person got fresh nuggets and the fries were dark(oil needs changed)

the food is honestly amazing every time i come in but the abundant homeless hanging out inside the building and camping out all around the parking lot really makes me not want to go anywhere near here. i dont like the way they stare at me like they're trying to see if i can be pushed into buying them meals. i feel bad for the employees having to put up with all of them, there's always at least 3 in there that kinda look like they live in the store.

Short lady with short black hair at the speaker and window was very rude and condescending, asked to see our key tags after giving us our drinks and frosties, and another lady was leaning on the counter on her phone doing nothing.

Keeping my original pics, but revisited tonight and had a great experience. Leah at the counter was the hit. She really took care of us and the others that came in for a 3$ son of a baconator. She is a great asset to the franchise. Great "can do" attitude.

You can compare.. picture vs the real deal. Was a little disappointing.
