Either I just lost the taste for Wendy’s burgers or something was seriously wrong but I got a burger here on Wednesday for the first time in years and it was so gross I had to spit it out and go somewhere else. The meat tasted spoiled- I don’t know if it was or not but I thought it was disgusting. That taste just can’t be right.

I love that despite waiting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, I ask for extra cheese on my cheeses fries and two double stacks with extra cheese and I get old fries with the regular allotted cheese plus two stacks with one slice of cheese and bacon added. They even repeated my order back for confirmation and it was told right!! How did it get made incorrectly?

I didn't get anything I ordered a specifically told them what I wanted they gave me something else then it was a hassle to get it fixed almost late for work because of this. Then he told his crew that I was very vocal about it of course you screwed my order up and my not supposed to be vocal

Absolutely horrible service they can never get an order right. Fail to repeat order back correctly. Rude as can all be. Their entire crew needs to be fired and replaced. Better yet shut that rude wendys down👎

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this location was frustrating enough to warrant one. The two girls working the drive-thru were dismissive, sarcastic, and acted as though my simple questions about the menu were an inconvenience. Their tone made it clear they were annoyed before I even finished ordering, and when I continued, their attitude only worsened.
If customer service is such a burden, perhaps they should consider a different line of work. Ordering food shouldn’t feel like an imposition, especially when they’re literally being paid to take orders. A little professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way, but apparently, that’s too much to ask at this Wendy’s.

I ordered a Wendy's crispy chicken sandwich and I thought they gave me a slider. It was so small. Had one piece of lettuce on it and one dab of mayonnaise. It would fit inside the small fry package. I guess when you stop at trash food place you get trash food

Went through the drive thru. Ordered two value meals. Was told to pull up because it would take a minute and half for the fries. 15 minutes later, and 4 other cars getting their food, husband went in to see what was going on. Completely forgot about our order. Had to wait while they made fries AND the sandwiches.

The remodel significantly improved the space, making it much nicer. The food was good, as long as they stayed focused on preparing fresh, warm meals, which they accomplished this time. The staff, including those in training, were extremely nice and cordial, doing an excellent job overall. But always remember in fast food it's from visit to visit consistency is always needed

This is a solid 4 star place. The food is good and great for the whole family for a quick in and out dinner or lunch. The nuggets are good and the fries salty and delicious. There is a very wide variety of drinks, this particular Wendy’s has a soda machine with a screen on it where you click the drink you want. I always got for the minute made lemonade.
Kid-friendliness: There are chicken nuggets, fries, and any soda, perfect for every kid’s needs.
