We came to this Wendy’s thinking it would be the same amazing experience as Wendy’s always is when I order I got a small fry and ask for a ranch but was snapping back at me and wanted 50c this was disappointing and I have worked in the restaurant business and would never act that way towards your guests so thank you Dani for making my Wendy’s experience terrible :/

This store is absolutely the worst! The people that work here absolutely get off on screwing with people's food. Zero percent customer service and could care less about a customer. Sour cream no chilli. Honey mustard no nuggets. This place is by far better business nightmare waiting to happen. Do not ever eat here travel hungry.

We love Wendys chili and chicken tenders. Our store is clean, nice atmosphere with great service.
Either I just lost the taste for Wendy’s burgers or something was seriously wrong but I got a burger here on Wednesday for the first time in years and it was so gross I had to spit it out and go somewhere else. The meat tasted spoiled- I don’t know if it was or not but I thought it was disgusting. That taste just can’t be right.

I love that despite waiting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, I ask for extra cheese on my cheeses fries and two double stacks with extra cheese and I get old fries with the regular allotted cheese plus two stacks with one slice of cheese and bacon added. They even repeated my order back for confirmation and it was told right!! How did it get made incorrectly?

I didn't get anything I ordered a specifically told them what I wanted they gave me something else then it was a hassle to get it fixed almost late for work because of this. Then he told his crew that I was very vocal about it of course you screwed my order up and my not supposed to be vocal
