I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this location was frustrating enough to warrant one. The two girls working the drive-thru were dismissive, sarcastic, and acted as though my simple questions about the menu were an inconvenience. Their tone made it clear they were annoyed before I even finished ordering, and when I continued, their attitude only worsened.
If customer service is such a burden, perhaps they should consider a different line of work. Ordering food shouldn’t feel like an imposition, especially when they’re literally being paid to take orders. A little professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way, but apparently, that’s too much to ask at this Wendy’s.

I ordered a Wendy's crispy chicken sandwich and I thought they gave me a slider. It was so small. Had one piece of lettuce on it and one dab of mayonnaise. It would fit inside the small fry package. I guess when you stop at trash food place you get trash food

Went through the drive thru. Ordered two value meals. Was told to pull up because it would take a minute and half for the fries. 15 minutes later, and 4 other cars getting their food, husband went in to see what was going on. Completely forgot about our order. Had to wait while they made fries AND the sandwiches.

The remodel significantly improved the space, making it much nicer. The food was good, as long as they stayed focused on preparing fresh, warm meals, which they accomplished this time. The staff, including those in training, were extremely nice and cordial, doing an excellent job overall. But always remember in fast food it's from visit to visit consistency is always needed

This is a solid 4 star place. The food is good and great for the whole family for a quick in and out dinner or lunch. The nuggets are good and the fries salty and delicious. There is a very wide variety of drinks, this particular Wendy’s has a soda machine with a screen on it where you click the drink you want. I always got for the minute made lemonade.
Kid-friendliness: There are chicken nuggets, fries, and any soda, perfect for every kid’s needs.

Spent 25.00 for my kids and I. Restaurant was dead it was around 5:00 Cold fries, too salty, spicy chicken was undersized filet. No napkins in the bag. Gave too few sauces. Burger was also cold. Girl that took out order seems timid and disinterested in taking our order. Did not personalize the experience. If I could do it over I would go somewhere else, after a long day is hot food and napkins too much to ask for? Who is serving this bad food and thinking it's appropriate to give to your guests ? Will not return and go somewhere else next time.

Service was awful, food was wrong, they didn't give us a receipt and when we called to get it corrected she was very rude and refused to help. Got a hamburger instead of chicken (and I don't eat red meat), my fries got rang in wrong with no cheese when I asked for extra, and the bacon on the fries was burnt. Never coming here again.

Last time we went to Wendys we got the new chicken chunks with sauce but the chicken was ice cold. We got two orders so we had to go back through the line to get some hot chicken. When we open the replacement order the chicken was just as cold as the first orders we bought and the fries wete also cold and tasted old. They also didn't give us the sour cream for our baked potatoes so we had to go back through the line again. Thats why I gave the rating I gave them. The people working at the Republic road Wendys act like they dont care or like that are brain dead!!! We have gotten food from other Wendys that was good though and when we go to other Wendys locations we like to get their Dave's burgers with fries and ice tea or their jr. bacon cheese burger and fries with iced tea, it's a good fresh tasty quick cheap meal on the go. We also like their baked potatoes and chilli.
Wendys has good food but I never get the correct order from this store! I just paid extra for delivery and a tip to get the wrong order!?! And I cant even get through to the customer service! I'm tired of wasting my money. Go grab a burger somewhere else if you want what you order. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE HAVING IT DELIVERED!!

This is legit the worse Wendy's I've ever been in. I love Wendy's but the people and atmosphere in this one are absolutely horrible. People need to learn people skills or not work front counter. I ordered my food and the cashier didn't give me my cup. I asked her multiple times for it politely and she continued to ignore me and speak to her friend who was ordering. Whoever the owner is needs to fire his Managers that work Thursday around 11. Do not recommend going to this Wendy's

I placed an order for pick up online. When I went to pick up my order, they had taken 10 minutes to figure out that they gave my food to someone else. The manager told me that he was going to allow me to get my food that I paid for, for free. I was baffled to hear that they had given my order to someone else and was trying to make it come off as if they were doing me a favor. Not to mention the manager said that he would just comp the food this time… This will be the last time Wendy’s will probably get my money.
