Why does it take 20 min to get a hamburger? Your store has been out of Swiss cheese for over a week. You advertise a Patty Melt. Someone needs to go to Wally world and buy some cheese.

I placed an online order and arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready. The person at the front counter told me it would be just a minute before it was ready. I waited another 15 minutes and went back up to the counter where they said they would check on it. It took another 10 minutes for my order to be ready. The excuse was that “they wanted to make everything fresh.” The cook was talking on his cell phone with gloves on while preparing food. I will NEVER be back to this location.

There was no one at registers to take orders when we arrived even though there was a line. Multiple customers where at kiosk and unable to pay. Service was very slow, more than twenty minutes even though it was not busy. My order and other patrons orders were either not correct or missing items from meals. I did not receive my drink until I headed out the door. I did not finish meal food was that bad nor did my brother. Do not go here there are many other restaurants in area with superb service that will cost less. My meal cost around seventeen dallors, only end up in trash.

I just heard the store in the whole town like all the whataburgers they are not even busy with one customer or two customer but whenever I came here to pick up the order every time they make like 10 or 15 minutes late and these people don't even have any sense like you know like you guys start cleaning the shake missions at 2:00 all the people try to order at midnight and you try to clean them at that time I'm not sure like how well you guys are doing the business like try to upgrade guys like try to clean those missions at 3:00 or 4:00 in early morning guys like I'm not sure like who the hell like the manager is here like I'm not sure what you guys are doing like every time the order is late

Got bad music playing it's like the early 2000s emo pop going on workers are on their phones instead of helping. Even when they are slow with no cars in line, they aren't willing to work

First time getting breakfast at Whataburger. A little slow in the drive thru but very friendly workers. Overall, not too bad. I would recommend their version of the breakfast burrito. The sausage patty was pretty thin on the breakfast sandwich.

It was good. My son was not happy with the overwhelming amount of mustard on his burger but he should have asked for no mustard, I guess.
Dry burgers. Bun too big and not toasted. Fries not hot.

The food was good, the lady who brought the food to us I believe her name was Kristina was a sweetheart but the cashier behind the counter at the register her name is CYNTHIA & CYNTHIA needs customer service skills BIG TIME! I got a Patty melt & I can’t stand mushrooms ( I have seen Patty melts with mushrooms) so I asked her does it have mushrooms on it and very rudely said if it had mushrooms on it it would say so so no it doesn’t. Then I asked if it came with fries or onion rings and again very rude response saying I only get onion rings upon request. All she had to say was I get my choice of either or. She is not a very nice lady at all.

We are from out of state and it was our first time trying this place. Austin was super cool and patient with my family. We ordered 4 meals through the drive thru and nothing was missed.
