It was good. My son was not happy with the overwhelming amount of mustard on his burger but he should have asked for no mustard, I guess.

The food was good, the lady who brought the food to us I believe her name was Kristina was a sweetheart but the cashier behind the counter at the register her name is CYNTHIA & CYNTHIA needs customer service skills BIG TIME! I got a Patty melt & I can’t stand mushrooms ( I have seen Patty melts with mushrooms) so I asked her does it have mushrooms on it and very rudely said if it had mushrooms on it it would say so so no it doesn’t. Then I asked if it came with fries or onion rings and again very rude response saying I only get onion rings upon request. All she had to say was I get my choice of either or. She is not a very nice lady at all.

We are from out of state and it was our first time trying this place. Austin was super cool and patient with my family. We ordered 4 meals through the drive thru and nothing was missed.

I got off work late last night and was hungry so I went through the drive thru and ordered a burger combo with fries and a drink. I finished the burger which was decent and was halfway home when I reached in the bag to get some fries only to find it empty. With bidenomics and the price of everything so high, I can't afford to drive back and get it replaced. I don't believe I will be coming back to this restaurant again. I can't afford to waste my money like that.

Of all the Whataburger in the area this is the worst. I’ve only been here in the evening and late at night at which time the management is absolutely incompetent. Well, at least five days a week it is. The usual five day week night Manager is off two days a week and on those days there is a nice young man with a little ponytail that is very professional mannerly and courteous. The food gets out 100% faster when he’s there. That’s only two days a week. On the other five nights of the week that Manager is almost completely invisible in that he stays on the line cooking the whole time. He’s there instead of de-escalating customer interactions. Instead of supervising his employees – – of them is constantly so stoned he can’t keep his eyes open And is almost always outside smoking rather than being inside preparing and serving food. There is a long haired skinny white that has no idea what he is supposed to be doing that one night when I complained he walked out at the same time as I did and let me know that he and the night manager had spit in my food When I complained about to Whataburger corporate, the general manager emailed me to apologize and wanted to talk to me more but I work nights so when she’s at work, I’m asleep when I’m at work. She’s asleep.so I Never got to speak to her. I made the Mistake of telling her in my reply email that I am also a Uber eats/DoorDash delivery, driver and that I’m in that restaurant all the time at night. This information seems to have changed everything because then she never replied back to me. A lot of restaurants do not like third-party delivery drivers, and I don’t understand why. We are the only things that are keeping a lot of restaurants in business. With our delivery service basically carrying a lot of fast food restaurants because people just don’t wanna go out to eat anymore. And food takes as long as it does at Whataburger would much rather pay a third-party to go wait 30 minutes for their food then to go do it themselves. Which brings me to another subject , the whole incident occurred was because I ordered pancakes at 2:42 AM on the mobile app with the hopes that I could just walk in grab them and leave, Go home eat them and go to bed.. The app Said my pancakes would be ready at 2:52 AM. Unfortunately, I know how long it takes them to prepare food, so I waited an additional 10 minutes before going in. I went in told the gentleman with the long hair that I was there, but had to basically flag him down to make him See me. He. was literally a foot and a half from him and had to wave him down. Because he would not acknowledge me. I proceeded to go sit down to wait hopefully just a couple of minutes for my food. But when 15 minutes went by I went back up to the counter, Asked when my food would be ready they said another 10 minutes so now we’re talking almost an hour after they got the order, more than 20 minutes after I arrived at the restaurant to get pancakes. I wouldn’t sat down for another 10 minutes and went back up to the counter had to yell at somebody to get their attention. The manager stepped away from the line for a second and I asked him what the point was of ordering on the mobile app if it’s still going to take this long to get pancakes ? He then told me to get out. And that’s when the other young man told me that they had spit in my food. whether or not it was true I do not know, But I wasn’t gonna take the chance. So I threw away what I had waited for for almost an hour. The General managers name is Betsy Suarez. And Betsy, I hope you read this. And I truly thought that you were going to do something to take care of what happened to me at your restaurant. Or at least follow up and see what you could do to make this Right, but you didn’t, so I am going to spread the news far And wide About what an embarrassment and a disgrace, your restaurant is. Mostly because I pulled up to your restaurant for a DoorDash delivery last night and had to drive away as those same two men that told me they spit in my food are still working there.
