I'm 100% done with Whataburger for a LONG time and it's squarely this location's fault. They're slow, get orders wrong a lot, lobby is dirty, $8.75 fee to get food delivered BEFORE tip... What's going on here? Does anyone read the reviews at all or think we're all just lying? This has got to be the single worst fast food location in all of Springfield and it's barely a year old. I'm uninstalling the app and not giving Whataburger anymore money for a long time until I see these reviews hit an average score that resembles what we see elsewhere in this town, even with competitors. You ought to be ashamed of how you handle business. It's pathetic.

Did mobile order and ordered 2 LG shakes. Get there to pick up and they don't have shakes and offer me soda with no refund. I'm sorry LG shakes come way more then soda. I don't understand why they can issue a credit if they don't have the product.

service was terrible. came out twice with the wrong order and didn’t even get our full order at the drive thru menu. then it took 3 times to get our drinks. was terrible. never will be back.

If you're going to discontinue an item maybe you should take down the signage for it. Came through the drive-thru for a dr. pepper shake, only to be told it's been discontinued, but there are signs all over the restaurant advertising it

I have to admit, I don't understand the fandom regarding Whataburger. It's like Buckee's - some folks are just huge fans. I can't say every Whataburger is a disappointment, but this one clearly is. The order taker wasn't pleasant, the kitchen crew was yelling, the dining area had many flies, and the order was delivered inaccurately. Overall, this place is really not good. The food wasn't horrible, but wasn't great. I'm really surprised because I know some folks that are big Whataburger fans - I can only guess they've never been to this location.

We are here for breakfast. My husband had the taquito, I had sausage biscuit and gravy, and cinnamon roll. The biscuit and gravy is best from fast food restaurant I have had. My hubby love his bacon taquito and the hash brown sticks are amazing. The cinnamon roll was still warm it was so good. Jordan was our sever and she was amazing and made our experience great. The bathrooms were well maintained and the restaurant was very clean. Over all great place.
I was really disappointed in this location. The staff was very unfriendly, took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge I was standing there. They were super slow at getting the order out, and it wasn't busy at all. Food wasn't made right, rather than deal with unpleasant staff we just ate it.
