Do yourself a favor and try it out. The people who work the truck are very friendly and love what they do. We tried their hibachi burrito which was definitely the favorite, and the Chinese burrito. It’s great fusion and comfort food. The cream cheese rangoons were so perfect, and were filled way more than most places. We ordered a horchata con fresa but they were out, so we were fixed up with a cucumber drink with a Mexican candy straw and it was so refreshing and delicious!
Hit this place up at the ozark hot air ballon venue. Tried the teriyaki burrito. The food itself was good.... I wasn't a fan of it in a burrito style myself. Which is more of a preference thing. Staff was very nice and the food came fast. I would like to eventually try some more items on their menu as many things sounded great.

Unusual combinations.But I think I've found a new favorite way to have crab rangoons... with cilantro and onion sprinkled on top and served with the green salsa they offer with their tacos.
