This place should be shut down . The workers NEVER wear gloves which is honestly disgusting. The wait times are outrageous. We’ve been a dasher and a customer and both times we just up and left because of how long it was taking . It’s disappointing because I love wingstop but this city lacks in good locations

It took my fiancé & brother 45-60 minutes to get there food meanwhile door dashers were coming in left and right getting there meals. My fiancé said he’s never been to a place with such bad service and on top of that when they did get their food, it was not what it should be. I wanted him to try wingstop so we could go because i’ve had a good experience at another location, but i don’t think that will be happening anytime soon.

Wait time is always absolutely insane. The app will tell you 45 minutes, so you wait that and then you ask how much longer. They then say 5 more minutes. That 5 turns into 25. Then the food is luke warm and the fries are soggy

The employees talk about inappropriate stuff in the kitchen where customers and kids can hear them they're cursing talking about sexual encounters all types of things. If they would concentrate on their job instead of all of that crazy crap that they're talking in the kitchen maybe they could get their orders out before an hour. I've went in there several times and asked for my order and they said it was not ready and I sat right where I could watch my order was sitting there the whole time cold they act like they're crazy when you ask them for fresh fries when your order's been sitting there. This place should be shut down and totally rebooted The employees there are rude and refused to do their job.

The food is great… when we get it 45 mins after we place the order. Staff does not wear gloves, any mobile order that comes in automatically gets placed ahead of the orders for here. So I recommend if you want your wings in a timely manner, place a mobile order, even if you plan on dining in because it’ll be made first. Bring a coaster to put under the table legs because they’re all about as steady as a jello tower in an earthquake.
Fire wings ... Highly recommend ... Plus they serve beer thats always a must with wings. Gotta get the mango habanero wings

They forgot part of my order, AGAIN! My family order wings and my wife's 10 traditional wings did not make it to our house. I called and they said they would remake them but I paid for delivery and still had to drive to the store to get part of my order. And this isn't the first time. Every time we order from Wing Stop part of our order is missing. This is true if we order delivery or if we place an order and pick it up ourselves. They never get our order right. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST.
