Food was raw and undercooked when I asked for extra crispy . Called in and was told I could get a remake tomorrow when I called in CODY the general manager said he refused to remake the order and was very rude and hung up on my face even though he had a note that said to remake the order . Worst wingstop ever

We really enjoy Wingstop’s food but are super disappointed you no longer sell those delicious rolls but this is not the reason for the low rating. The reason for the low rating for this visit is the fact that our large order of seasoned fries and regular order of hot honey fries were all burnt. To add to that we never received our vegetables of carrots and celery. Thankfully we received our refund for the vegetables. Wingstop has super delicious food and we enjoy them very much but we would also love for the store to do better next time.

Wings took over an hour. Cold when done, y’all have one job fry a wing cake with sauce serve. Can’t even do it right, how incompetent do you have to be to make a chicken wing, very little culinary skill. Clearly no one there takes job seriously, pathetic.

The hot and honey boneless chicken was so delicious that the chicken just melted in my mouth with the ranch so yummy 100% recommend
The wait time is crazy. We ordered ahead a 6 piece meal. It said 16 mins. We arrived and it took a total of 30 mins. Every time I come here I wait twice as long for my food. Might drive to another location next time

We visited this location today and the experience was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door we were greeted to the delivery of our food. The wings were delicious and the fries so GOOD!! We met the GM Cody and can tell the store is under new management from the service to food quality and cleanliness.
