We placed an order for delivery thru Door Dash at 7:20pm, we anticipated arrival after receiving verification of order between 8:30-8:47pm. A Dasher had not even been assigned at 8:30pm, not wing stops issue. After continuing to check DD app for updates, finally see a change in time. While I have always enjoyed coming to wingstop and enjoyed the food today’s experience has been extremely unfortunate. I called in to order for pickup and was placed on hold for 15 minutes and 47 seconds. Thinking they forgot I hung up and immediately called back only to be placed on hold again before I could talk to the associate on the phone. But of course their prices didn't.
