Ordered my food at 5:30- for a 6:45 pick up! When I arrive the place reaks of pot and they can’t find my order, finally, another guy finds it- my order was finally ready at 7:10pm!
The place seemed like complete chaos!

I placed an online order the night before for pickup at 3 the next day and when I got there at 3:05 they said the order has not even been made yet and was going to be 20 min which was a lie it's been over 30minutes. What is the point of ordering the night before if your not going to make it when the time is due. And the lady at the register gave me attitude. It took almost an hour to get my food. That is horrible customer service horrible.

Placed an order for pickup and was told that food would be done between 6:48-6:53. So, my husband arrives at the given time just to be told he will have to wait another 15 minutes. I don’t understand what the point of placing an order ahead is if it will not be ready. Very frustrating.
This place is very slow and the workers are very rude. When asked a question guy in a blue beanie with a lightning bolt on the back of his sweatshirt looked at me and walked away she asked his name was he did the same thing. I understood the store was busy but there is no need to be rude. I was there to pick up a door dash order and waited well over 30 minutes. I would hate to be a lying customer at this store. If you want Wo g Syop go the one on Kansas Expressway.

I hardly ever leave reviews but the young men working here on NYE deserve some recognition. Apparently every idiot in Springfield, including myself, had the bright idea to order Wing Stop on NYE. When we pulled up, the line was out the door and there were probably 60 people inside waiting on orders. There were only 5 employees cranking out orders for this endless line of people. What impressed me is how they didn’t seem bothered by what I would consider an insurmountable workload in front of them while being watched by every customer there. They were cranking out orders like machines and one guy named Sam (I only know his name because a customer told him the name on his order and he said “Hey that’s my name”) kept us all informed on the status of our orders WHILE answering the phone and taking more orders. The general consensus of the customers was that we were in awe of the work ethic of these guys and that we could never do it. Our order did take longer than normal, but how could it not in that situation? When we got the food home, it was delicious, the order was perfect, and it was definitely worth the wait. I really hope someone besides me recognizes these guys for what an amazing job they did under such challenging circumstances.

I have bat experience with this place I put my order online and said at 8:20 supposed be ready for pickup and when my son whas there said is ready and other 10 minutes so he wait outside and when he back asking again for the order the said Is not ready because is other 4 orders front off your so I call and asking what's happened whit the order is already 2 hours wait for 1 order is ridiculous so I'm cansel im very angry and this point 😡
