This was my first time eating at a Wingstop. Where I live up north we don’t have these and everyone that I talk to that talked this place up are spot on! Very tasty wings no complaints at all, they were not overcooked. They were pretty close to perfect for a wing joint, and it only took about 18 minutes Even with six of my other buddies that ate as well. Would recommend And would come again thank you.

The thing that makes this place different than the other wing stops… The women that works up front named Kathy. She was so professional and polite. Very positive energy, made us laugh while we waited. Was extremely informative on the history of the restaurant chain, gave us a lot of cool fun facts. We will be back everytime just for Kathy, since she made us feel like family!! I recommend this place! 10/10

Kathy looks like the new girl, she is nicer than the ones in Alabama , she needs to come down to the south where southern hospitality is her vibe . Greyson was the other guy , so ROCK ON ….Missouri wingstop ! Love it food was great!!

kathy is such a sweetie very welcoming very AMAZED by kathy. give this women a raise!!!! if yall fire her trust you will get delt with. i will come back tomorrow expecting this amazing service from every worker. she is absolutely phenomenal. if she was anymore on top of things she'd be on top of the ROOF i am praising this women on the way home right now give her a RAISE!!!!!

I walked in today and there was a woman that had took order and her name was Kathy. She was the sweetest lady i have ever talked to. She had told me she was new and she apologized for not being up to part as everyone else. She should never apologize for being new. She’s already a great worker with wonderful customer service. My day was made with this interaction. I wish Kathy the best night.

Actually the worst place to order food! If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered online because we live in another town 30 minutes away. The wait we were given online was 28-33 minutes. So we get there and it says to notify the cash register when it is your pickup time, so we went in a couple minutes before our pickup time, and the guy says it’s gonna be AT LEAST another 45 MINUTES! WHAT! (Mind you we only ordered an 20 piece boneless meal) Absolutely not! This should be communicated in the app. Then I asked for a refund, and he had nothing to give me to prove my refund, but said I would receive an email within 24 hours! The service needs fixed or you will continue to love wingstop fans. Waffle House is better anyways.

Will never be back. Ordered 1 meal online and told it would be 20 minutes. I waited 1 1/2 hours and after being told 10 more minutes several times cancelled the order. All the employee at the register told me was that I should've come when they weren't busy

I will never, ever go to this Wingstop...or likely any other location again! For the third time in a row, I have ordered online...been told it would be close to an hour before my order was ready, came in to the store an hour later...and have been told it would be ANOTHER HOUR BEFORE MY ORDER WAS DONE! I was given a refund on my latest visit (last night), which went quickly...but then I had to leave and find something else for dinner. The order line was out the door, and the to-go order bags were stacked up. This location is the most jacked up operation I have ever seen, and it is a management problem (not hiring competent people & not training properly). Really, really frustrating. Why do people keep coming back?
