For one best pizza around hands down! Mainly I would like to compliment the night manager that took care of me on the phone I didn’t catch his name but he was amazing in how he handled my situation! My new driver was great!!! I will always go to this Pizza Hut!!
I just had the worst customer experience in my life at this location. When I called the order in, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I could clearly tell that I was bothering him and that he hated his job. When I pick the pizza up, he never even asked me my name and he just looked at me, I had to tell him who I was. Then I asked him for a receipt and he just looked at me in shook his head and rolled his eyes while he had to be the receipt. I told him to have a great day, and of course no response. I never leave a single review Anywhere, but this was just unreal.
Hand-tossed crust that didn't rise ,except for the edge . Tomato sauce was missing and sparse toppings . Pizza Hut is pushing a sub-par product . I won't order from them anymore.

This is the SECOND time they have given me the WRONG order. I don’t pay money for my food to be messed up, having to call the store and get my RIGHT order. The man who brought me my food was incredibly rude and seemed high and agitated that he had to go get my right order and bring it back. Told me “well you’re just gonna have to call and figure it out with them” The person whom we spoke too on the phone didn’t offer a simple apology and or give us a discount for the future. I suggest using a different Pizza Hut. Will be contacting the store manager if this isn’t made right. -Elizabeth I wouldn’t have given any stars had I been given that option.
This was the P’Zone they delivered me. I also posted the stock photo they use. Seriously was a giant rubbery cardboard tasting fail. Don’t deliver that. Seriously. I was a regular customer and now I’m done.
I WAS a frequent flyer until tonight’s order. My order total was $40.83. I was paying in cash and tipping the driver $5.00. When he arrived he gave me my total and I gave him $60.00, he then asked me how much I wanted back, and I said $15.00. He then advised “we are only allowed to carry $10.00 in change”. So I asked around the house to see if anyone had change but to no avail. I ultimately gave the driver the $10.00 dollar tip only to find out the change was $1.00 short. I did speak with a supervisor regarding the issue, only to find out the driver lied to me and should be carrying $20.00 cash to provide change. This is unacceptable!!! This will be my last order.
HORRIBLE experience. Ordered online for delivery. Neither time did I get s confirmation for the order, however both times my order was deducted from debit card. Called the store and talked to a woman who was extremely rude and snide. She argued and even YELLED at me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he/she was busy, I said i would remain on hold. The woman argued and yelled more then explained that she was/is the supervisor and told me to call the call center. WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!!
Literally pathetic. When the food is delivered like this I don't blame the delivery guy I blame the person that had enough guts to put THAT in a pizza box. Absolutely sickening. Giving pizza hut a bad name here in springfield.
