Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I cannot honestly think of another restaurant in Springfield who is SO consistently turning out GREAT FOOD EVERYTIME! I hadn't been to this Zaxbys in awhile, but my last three visits through the drive thru have been:
1. Surprisingly fast!
2. Fresh hot fries!
3. Fresh hot wings!
4. Even the toast is good!
5. Employees are friendly and get order right!
I had to take a second and write this, as the quality is just so good!
Keep up the good work guys! Good job managers! :)
Highly Recommended: 5 piece traditional wing meal with Tongue Torch Sauce, side of ranch and side of Zax Sauce for fries!

I got food delivered from here and when I received my food it was missing several items. First I was missing a drink and the workers told my dasher that there was o lay one drink on the order but the recipe showed three. Then my 8pc wing meal only had 4 wings when we opened it. I called the store and we were told we had to call door dash even tho we ordered through the zaxbys app. I will say the person I talk to was very polite but this is something that should be checked before sending food out. I’ve worked for fast food before and for a Zaxby before and food must always be checked before being sent out.

Ordered online. 3 salads, 3 orders of wings. Got home.. 2 salads. Called them for a refund on a salad. They had to go back with my card and try to do a refund. Checked my account, charged a higher amount than the original order. Got my original order refund, but the higher amount is still being charged to my account. Don’t get the whole process.
Don’t think I will be going back. The food was good although the wings were so hard and dry you couldn’t eat them.
First and last time for zaxbys. Also waiting for 68.00 to show up in my account

The customer service was great and super quick! The food however is another story, the fries were delicious and seasoned well and the Zaxby's sauce is yummy however the chicken was tough like it had been over cooked or sat out for awhile which is a bit of a bummer tbh.

Way to expensive for what your getting, Crispy chick salad/order of chicken bacon fries/2 strips/lg soda =$30 thats insane for what amounts to 1 chick patty and a total of 3 strips,
too much salt on the chicken makes you use sauces to cover it up which is very unhealthy for you while you try to make up for there oversalted food
