Just ate there . The manager was in back without gloves on. I asked him does everyone wear gloves if they handle food. He seemed aggravated. The food was so salty we could only eat less than a third.of it . I think they dumped a whole salt shaker out on the food. Won't go back.

UPDATE (3/21/25):
These cheapskates change their cups so they are really, really thin. So thin that when you put them in the cup holder, it conforms to the cup holder and falls out.

Update: I was thrilled to go to Zaxbys after the basketball game today. Ordered my food excitedly, just to find out that I got old, cold, half cooked fries, and old, lukewarm chicken sandwich with the cheese not even melted (completely giveaway). Totally disappointed and won't be back.

Edit: Gave Zaxbys another try...not pleased at all. They have a pregnant lady in there that had an attitude the entire time. The egg rolls were burnt...like burnt, burnt.

Grilled chicken sandwich was dry and no flavor. Bun was old and smashed. Salad with grilled chicken was awful. Greens were rotten edges and cole slaw was mush. Egg roll must have been refried a few times. 1st time here, won t be back. Going for lunch else where now.

I’m a doordasher and I came through the drive thru tonight around 10:30pm or so. I went up to the speaker and told the lady that I had a DoorDash order to pick up. She said “doordashers have to come inside for their orders” and I asked her “even in the snow?” And she waited a good minute and gave me so much attitude and said, “um… I mean yea.” So I went inside and literally just grabbed my order off of the pick up table. I felt like it was ridiculous that she couldn’t just hand me my order out the window. When I was leaving she glared at me. Now, I can understand if it’s a policy. But for her to treat me the way she did and not see that it’s a huge inconvenience for us dashers is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and I just feel like she could’ve been more human about the situation. At the very minimum she could’ve said something like “oh I completely understand your concern and I’m truly sorry about that, but it is our policy” I would’ve been very understanding if she handled it like that. Yet another place in this careless city whom treats working people like scum. I called the manager working at the time, he was a younger male and he didn’t seem to have a care either. I won’t ever be eating here again and not because of the food, but because I refuse to support places that employ inhumane people. I also never deny any DoorDash orders, but I won’t be delivering for this store again.

If I could give negative stars I would. 1 star is way to many for place. Where to start? A few months ago I got coleslaw that was rancid. I called and they told me to come in and they would give me a new meal. I went back and not only was the coleslaw rancid again, everything was burnt. My wife happened to meet the manager and he asked us to come back in and he would make it right. We went back tonight and shouldn't have. Food was burned, the sauce packets were open in the bag and the the chicken strips looked more like chicken nuggets.

Food was good but the people behind the counter were pretty occupied with talking and staying in the kitchen rather then helping customers at the counter. We asked for boneless wings and got bone in wings instead. Seems as though no one behind the counter knew what they were doing and really didn't care, if they had of cared, our order wouldn't have been messed up on the wings.

So I am editing my review because I went in again and a former employee recognized me from about a year ago. We had a great conversation while I waited for my food. It did take some time for them to serve me however their drive-thru was wrapped. So completely understandable. This time the service was all around friendly including expo. My food was fresh as always and the Freestyle machine seems to be working fine; finally. If I had to choose between Raisin Canes and Zaxby's I'd choose Zaxby's everyday! The store was clean as usual and I virtually had no issues on this visit. Recommend 10 out of 10.
