Employee working the counter had his pants halfway down his butt. I don’t wanna see people’s underwear at a restaurant. I know it’s fast food but if you can’t even halfway be somewhat professional so I don’t feel disgusted eating there then it’s not for me. Won’t be going back.

My wife and I love us some Zaxby’s. This spot had our food **hot and ready faster than I could blink after swiping my card**. The chicken was on point, the fries were sizzling—basically everything my stomach dreams about at night.

Now… about our server, Dean.

Let’s just say Dean greeted us with the same enthusiasm as someone who just stepped on a Lego. The man could use a refresher course in “How to People 101.” But hey, we all have our days—maybe his pet cactus yelled at him or something.

The rest of the crew? **Fantastic.** Friendly, fast, and clearly carrying the team spirit like Olympic torch runners.

So Dean, if you somehow see this: I genuinely hope whatever storm cloud was hanging over you drifts away soon. May you find sunshine, laughter, and maybe even a Zaxby’s meal as hot as the ones you serve.

My wife ordered the Asian zenzation salad and the egg roll that comes with it looked like they had left it in the fryer about twice as long as it should have been. It was closer to being the color of a Hershey bar than golden brown. Took it back to the counter and requested a replacement and the kid I talked to said that he would need to show it to his manager. I told him that all he needed to do was compare it to the poster they had on the wall to see that it was not correct. He went ahead and took it back and his manager told him that it was cooked correctly. He said that's what they are supposed to look like but they would replace it since I complained. We never received the replacement.

The lady at the front counter was lovely, but this was my first and last trip here. Overpriced salad with very little meat accompanied by cold Texas toast, women's restroom with no toilet paper in one stall even though they had just opened for the day, snarky message from the management in each stall about how to properly flush the toilet instead of just fixing them, sanitary napkin disposal containers sitting on the floor instead of mounted on the wall by the toilet, and the dining room was very cold. Overall, my impression is management doesn't care about their customers. I hope the sweet lady at the front counter finds a better place to work.

The night shift is terrible. Some young kids they don’t care about nobody’s food and just rushing to get it out. they suck they’re terrible and they did not get my order right they missed three tenders and didn’t sauce them at all fries was old and soggy also bread I do not recommend this place

Customer service was very poor. They got my order wrong twice. Stay away from this location. They had one employee I felt bad for because he seemed alright, but the work environment mood was miserable.

Found a blonde hair in my food. I’ve been dying my hair black for 5 years

Should have said something but the boneless 8 peice combo (secret menu) was overcooked and darker than usual on the outside. Will not order again. Service was attentive and good.
