This place is a slice of heaven right outside of St. Louis. First class accommodations and service. The property is so peaceful and can get away from the hustle and bustle. The owners and management team are top notch. Recommend a stay hands down.
After 3 or 4 stays I can say with confidence that The Inns at St Albans is the absolute best place to stay west of St. Louis. Gorgeous setting, impeccably maintained, luxury accommodations and reasonable price... what more can one ask for? Book with confidence!
I will only speak to the food, and Chef Ted is truly deserving to be executive chef. We had a 5 course dinner at the Old Barn Inn with wine pairing, and the food and drinks were wonderful. I'd never had escargots served in-shell! The French onion soup was one of the best I've ever had, and the fish with lentils was so refreshing.
