Worst 30$ meal I've ever had. What a joke. Burgers were horrible. Nothing on them. My double only had 1 small piece of lettuce core on it and my wifes single only had mustard on it. The fries were burnt and greasy. I was to hungry to complain. I will never eat here again. 3.9 rating my arse...JUST HORRIBLE!!!

Used a free regular cheese curd promo, got half a fry container's worth that were drenched in grease. Had to use the napkins to soak up the excess. It's a free item because I spend a good chunk of change eating here, but not if I'm not getting what I ordered.

They can’t get an order right. Can’t even get catchup out of them. Fries cold shake is liquid and asked for no onions and got a bunch of them. They literally for 15 bucks messed up everything on my order.

At this location on the Rock Rd., I have to say sucks!! The burger was over $7.00 with tax. I told the young lady I didn't want onions. Before leaving I checked it had onions. Took it back in the staff is rude and act like they don't want to fix the order.

Order my food with 2 sides of cheese sauce, I get home to realize that they ONCE AGAIN have charged me for 2 sides of cheese sauce but failed to give them to me. I know it's only like $1.50, but still, at least give me what I'm paying for.

The buns for our sandwiches were soggy and tasted like they had been warmed inside of an anus.

My boyfriend and I went through the drive through and ordered but the order was never repeated back and we was not told to pull forward, we waited at the speaker box for 10 minutes, we tried to make sure that the order taker had gotten the order, no reply, so we pulled to the window and she had not taken the order and had to take it at the window and it took another 10 minutes before we got to the food, then she looked at us and gave our food to another employee to hand to us.
Really poor service.

The food is always good, but this visit there was confusion in the kitchen over our orders. My friend got my burger (which wasn't prepared as ordered) and her fries. I got her burger with my chili cheese fries.

It wasn't a big deal, but I just have issues with not making sure the orders are right before giving them to the customers when you knew there was confusion over orders to begin with.

I food appreciate that there wasn't music blaring over the speakers. It was nice to be able to carry on a conversation.

The restaurant is very clean!

I just wish they served Coca-Cola products, but that's just me, not a bad rating! ?

Parking: There is plenty of parking. It wasn't busy when we arrived but the after church crowd came and it got very busy. There were still plenty of available spaces

Kid-friendliness: The kids love this place because the food is so good! We take our grandkids to the locations back home.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is easily wheelchair accessible at the doors, and there is plenty of handicapped parking.

I thought it was just me but then I discussed this particular restaurant with someone I just met - yep, this particular Freddy’s is not as good as other locations - like Cottleville & St. Peter’s. I want to like it since it so convenient for me at lunch, but I’m just not going to do it anymore. The cheeseburgers and fries are just not as good??!!
