Went to this Popeyes Sunday. Worse experience ever. Was not greeted, they actually acted like we wasnt there. He kept walking away from the register, and when he finally decided to take my order he kept talking to other people about cell phones and other stuff. No interaction with us. Almost every person in there was cursing, yelling, going in and out of the store (not washing hands) and going back to handling food. Place was FILTHY. Was not busy and they were fully staffed from the looks of it, yet every table was dirty, trash was full, and coke machine had so much soda on it, I was afraid I would get an illness drinking from it. Now imagine how I was feeling about my food. My food that took 25 min to get yet the drive thru was able to get theirs right away. I hate to say this seriously but I believe it was because we were white. And I am not joking. Finally got our food after my boyfriend walked back up there and was staring at them and I barely ate it cause after looking at the facility, I could only imagine how it looked in the back. We will never go to this Popeyes again or actually a Popeyes in general since we cant even discuss this with a human. The discrimination we encountered in this store. I came up there today 225 on my lunch break and one of the workers a female with braids was really nasty cussing us and saying very nasty vile words she has no regards fir the customers i will not be back im making sure people no about her tail

Upon arriving to this restaurant, the young man greeted us at the drive through window. After we ordered, the man asked us if that was all? We said no and continued our order, he then begins to grunt in the mic or whatever he’s speaking through and said pull around for your total. We drove around and he had an attitude, I asked was everything ok, no response from him… another guy comes from behind him and starts complaining and talking crazy to us and then tells us to pull into the parking spot near the double doors. I did and waited there for at least 10-15 minutes. I got out of my truck and went in and they never did start on my order. Then on the top of that, I noticed a young child coming from the back kitchen area on his cell phone. That’s not ok for sanitation and safety concerns. This should be addressed by upper management immediately before someone gets hurt!!!! Employees should be trained on hygiene, sanitation and safety measures before they are hired.

Why... the food was cold and hard I just stopped at the QT right down the street.... go look in the trashcan and see the food,and bag. That's OK, I'll j3ver go there again and I hope the people reading the reviews will also, but how many people read these?????

They people working the counter are arrogant and put out that you are trying to buy food because they have better things to do. Popeyes is my favorite chicken joint out of all.(my personal choice) Just moved to ST, Charles St. Louis and of course had to go and eat at my FAVORITE place, UNFORTUNETLY the person at the drive thru sounded really mad as he took my order. Then as he was handing me my change (no eye contact) he just said pull to the front. and i waited 30 mins parked in the front, when my order got handed to me the person just walked away no sauce no napkins, no nothing, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED! Never going there again.

Man in drive-thru today around 5:30 pm 08/07/25 sounded irritated no greeting just “go ahead with your order” and the young girl with the long braids giving out the food in drive thru had an irritated demeanor. It was only 2 cars in drive thru. If this isn’t the job for you go work somewhere else.

The customer service that I received from Stan tonight was amazing. It was top tier. If there was more people like this gentleman, you wouldn't mind going back to that restaurant because you had awesome service. I patronize several restaurants over the years and the customer service was awful, but the food was good, because I experience horrible service with the workers, I never did go back, but I will patronize this Popeye's again in St. Ann.
