Sabroso is an unassuming gem, off the beaten path in the middle of St. Ann, across from northwest plaza. Upon arriving, I was swiftly greeted by friendly staff, who promptly seated me, and took my drink order. I ordered a pineapple aguas frescas, not too sweet and it was quite the treat, with strong pineapple forward flavor. The waitress, who was also the owner’s daughter, was very accommodating, pleasantly kind, very patient, and also understanding of my unique requests, she...
