Custard was awesome just like all the time
I just had a long day at work went to Andy's to get a little treat, I always get a medium so that I can eat half one night have another night. Mind you it's $10 for concrete with three toppings, BYOC. The kid their hands me a small and I told him I paid for a medium, he proceeds to look at the 12 oz cup and tell me that's a medium. I'm not in the mood to argue or look like a Karen, but I just spent $10 for something I didn't get.
Took vanilla and chocolate in cup .. drive thru was great.. been here countless times .. ny husband loves build your own jackhammer with peanut butter and hotfudge .. the brownie has a strong egg smell/flavour so we avoid it

Creamy delicious and speedy!
Very nice place to get ice cream. The sundae I got was so good. Marcus was very nice and helpful with helping me decide what to get and he has a very contagious smile. Will 100% be back
They are so slow and never come out to take orders.
In the last 10 visits, my order has been wrong 9 times. Chocolate concrete add reeces pieces and make a jackhammer with caramel. The employees cannot get it right. I’m over it and won’t be returning. There are 1000 other custard places around.
Love the turtle sundae. The toasted pecans add that extra umph to it. I got the large and it was a lot, but that's okay. It was extra good. Service at this location was very good. Very courteous. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area.
1 Star — Overpriced Plain Custard with No Accountability
I spent over $22 on two large Jackhammers with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and hot fudge, and what I got was basically two cups of plain vanilla custard. There was a tiny dime-sized smear of hot fudge on top, and the PB cups were barely present — just a very thin layer on the top. The rest? Completely empty. No fudge, no peanut butter cups, just plain custard.
When I brought it up at the window, I was told everything was in there — as if I couldn’t see what I was eating. It’s insulting to be treated like I’m wrong when the evidence is right in front of me. This isn’t the first time either. I even went out of my way to ask for the hot fudge all the way down and extra Reese’s cups, specifically because it was disappointing last time too. I was told it would be made right. Clearly, it wasn’t.
I’m tired of paying premium prices for lazy, inconsistent service. If you can’t be bothered to make the item as advertised, don’t charge full price for it. This was a complete waste of money and a frustrating experience all around.
My wife and I won’t go anywhere else. The staff is always super friendly and the ice cream is always super good. I get the brownie Sunday and I love that the brownie does taste homemade and is warm every time I get it

Good custard
Love it
We have gone few times now, they can never seem to get the orders made correctly. Disappointed because I love Andy's, just not at this location.
Good frozen custard
Purchased the brownie sundae. Brownie was very bland.
Not enough hot fudge.
Entirely to many pecans.
Should be called pecan sundae.
Was not satisfied with my purchase. That being said I have enjoyed other products from your company.
