A little privy but really worth it has long lines sometimes but it goes fast great ice cream and malts I had a butterscotch malt it was great

I have been at this location twice and both times I had issues with the order. First time I ordered a chocolate express milkshake, I was given a plain vanilla shake. I was doing drive thru so had to get out anyway to get the right thing. A few nights ago my husband and I got concretes and his concrete only had a few pecans on top, definitely not worth the cost this time :/

I am normally not the type to write negative reviews but I seem to have consistent issues at this Andy’s location specifically. Today’s experience takes the cake for the worst customer service I’ve experienced there.

I was super excited to hear they had their s’mores jackhammer back for the season, and when I pulled in, they had ads for that exact product plastered all over the place. After waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, someone came to take my order on a tablet. I ordered a small s’mores jackhammer and he began to enter in my order, but proceeded to say “so I assume you just want vanilla custard with marshmallow filling since we don’t have s’mores right now”… as he was standing directly in front of a giant poster for the exact s’mores jackhammer I ordered. I switched up my order entirely as that wasn’t what I wanted and the person taking my order had an attitude about it. At the window, the person that took my card had his hands visibly covered in hot fudge and whipped cream, which promptly ended up all over my own hands and card.

I can understand everyone has a bad day when it comes to customer service but the poor cleanliness is where I draw the line!

In all honesty the person who took my order was very anxious and unwelcoming...not sure if it was because they where new but the experience was not pleasing in the slightest...Also my waffle cone immediately started to disintegrate when it was given to me I didn't even get to finish the entire cone before everything went down hill :(

So tired of this place using old custard!!!!! It’s never the same consistency!!!! Why is this location so cheap!? If it’s made fresh hourly, it should taste like it!!! If I wanted a shake I would have ordered one!!!! A concrete should not be able to be sipped through a straw!!! I’ve spent easily $500 or so on Andy’s over the year; mainly at the Maryland Heights, Kirkwood, and St. Peters locations. This is the HOOD one! I’m done coming to this location!!!!
I definitely do not recommend this location!!!!

Ordered a keylime pie with some friends, there was two chucks of the pie on top but the rest is vanilla ice cream, same with my friends. Highly disappointed, this is my favorite ice cream place. Also the lady at the window wasn’t very pleasant.

Andy's is the best custard ever. I have tried many frozen custard and Andy's is the most consistent. I wish they had better seating outside but the food is perfect.
