After a long day at work, went to Arby’s for dinner. My cashier, Michael, was absolutely fabulous! He has a very charming and friendly personality that you do not see in fast food places EVER. I made a joke that he must be new, which he replied “newish”. The food was made efficiently, Michael brought it out to me and walked it to my table. Usually those folks just leave it on the counter and yell your name out. While eating, he asked me how my food was (saying my name, or just ma’am). He brought out another meal for this guy and said here is your food Mr. Smith. The food was great! Don’t lose Michael and his amazing crew. Good job guys!! Above and beyond!!

Went through drive through after work and ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. They prepared a fresh hot sandwich, which was delicious. I've had several times for this exact reason, and they prepare fresh every time!!

Literally only came here for the cheesesteak and was pretty excited. Don’t get me wrong they were super nice about it but they told me they just sold the last one right before me as soon as I got to the window, but not at the time of me ordering so I felt obligated to get the rest. Now is my complaint. Got the 3 for 6 deal and a burger also. They KEPT telling me about them dropping the food fresh so I waited. I ordered 2 honey mustard wraps and a fry. They handed out the food and told me again to be careful because the “fries and wraps were fresh”. They not only forgot my fries but also they gave me ranch wraps instead of honey mustard… I waited extra for it to be fresh to half not be there and the rest to be wrong. Already drove too far away to return to the restaurant before I noticed so there is no point to me calling by this point given the time and when they close.

The staff had me pull around to wait for my 20 dollar order, never offered or gave a receipt at the drive thru. So I wait for my food for 10 minutes and go inside to see if it was ready. As I walked in, someone grabbed two bags of food and took off with it. They acted like my order disappeared into thin air and didn’t offer to remake my order.
Don’t go here unless you’re okay with people stealing your food and then getting stared at like you're the problem..
