First of two failed Arby’s today. Walked in to get a sandwich and soda. I understand there was only 3 staff and drive thru was busy. All it took was acknowledging the inside customers walked in and in fact exist but instead myself and two other people were ignored. Even a “hey we’ll be with you asap” I would have hung around and waited but total ignore I just left.

In and out through the drive-through in a few minutes, when other chains have a line around their buildings. Good food, cheerful employee at the window. All that, and they got my order right ✅️!Great for a fast food restaurant ?
