The first few visits were pretty good, but then they started getting our order wrong over and over again to the point that it was consistently wrong. The inside dining area is also always filthy. I understand food service is stressful, but so is paying crazy prices for something to be wrong.

I wish I could give 0 stars, the kitchen was a mess and dirty. Lack of staff, the person who prepared the food was the same cashier. Only 2 of 4 drinks available zero napkins and eating utensils. The garbage container overflowed, everything was very dirty, disappointing.

I went to pick up a mobile order at this location and was stuck in the drive thru for over an hour. The line hardly moved, no updates were given, we just sat there, stuck. There were curbs on both sides of the lane so no one could leave even if they wanted to. By the time I got to the front of the drive thru line no one came to the window, the inside looked inundated with customers waiting. I left with no food just happy to be free at that point. It was shocking, I will never go back to this location (probably Chipotle in general) and if you value your time I would also not risk it.I understand that things go awry in the service industry but keeping people trapped in a drive thru with no information and no way to leave is truly unacceptable.

This location has limited parking and one way traffic, the line built up so far out that no one could move. I don’t know if it was due to being short staffed or something else, but management needs to have an improved workflow. Would avoid this Chipotle…

This is the absolute worst Chipotle I have ever been to. This is the first review I have ever written. I would describe myself as a level headed and forgiving customer, but this Chipotle has pushed me to the edge. I am currently sitting in the drive thru writing this. I have been here for over 30 minutes and haven’t even gotten to the window yet. Do not come to this chipotle. It will take forever and your food will never be correct.

To be honest, this is one of the best Chipotle establishments I have had the privilege of getting food from. The staff was overwhelmed with orders and completely short-staffed, yet their demeanor and hospitality was top-notch.People have no patience these days and under appreciate the amount of effort these individuals juggle from day to day.These reviews under 3.5 stars are absolutely absurd. Jacob and the team were helpful, polite, hilarious and truly made my last minute visit a great experience.I will definitely come here for all my chipotle needs!

Giving one star is a bit generous. Like many of the other reviews have stated, this is the worst Chipotle location we’ve ever been to. We were patient and more forgiving when they first opened but it’s been open for a year now with little to no improvement. They’re always understaffed, the staff is rude, the place could be cleaner for sure and they’re always out of supplies. Tonight I pulled up for an online order that they hadn’t even started making 35 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. It was also another occasion of pulling up to the window and nobody coming to the window for several minutes, someone looking at me from inside but instead of saying anything, they walked away. Someone else finally came to the window and told me they were about half an hour behind on orders and only taking online orders. I explained that I had placed an online order already and he said he’d go look for it. 10 minutes later they asked me to come inside to get my order instead. I had to wait in line until they could make it. They rudely turned away other customers in the meantime, telling them they were only accepting online orders. I understand being frustrated with the circumstances but nobody was being mean or was upset with them, so they way they were speaking to everyone waiting or walking in just seemed extreme. They were out of some of the food for my order and instead of saying anything just made my order without and sealed it. I didn’t notice until I got home but had no desire to go back in and deal with that. And even though they made it while I was there and I live close by it was mostly cold when I opened it. Not sure how that happened. 0/10 would not recommend this location to satisfy your chipotle craving.

I was with my boyfriend and we ordered online and came to pick it up. When we got there the line was very long and the manger explained that they were backed up which was understandable HOWEVER my howl came out to about 24 bucks with the extra steak I order topping of course along with cheese. As you can see none of what I ordered is in my bowl it’s just black beans and guac. The whole place was disorganized and the workers were just standing around. Like who the hell wants just beans and guac??
