Rude, staff is put off. Had to ask 3 times for the chips I purchased. The cashier rolls her eyes and throws them on the counter and stairs at me like a prom queen in high school.Oh, a burrito is not supposed to be rolled into a giant ball. How the hell would you eat that?
Restaurant is dirty, service is lacking, and food is not cooked properly. When asked for a little salt (as I have done at DOZENS of locations) i was told no, we are not allowed to give salt out for your food. Unbelievable. This is a great way to drive customers to other choices in the area and lose loyal customers.

I'm fairly certain the contents of the burrito are supposed to reside withing the confines of the tortilla, or maybe Chipotle is trying a new approach where there's just ingredients everywhere. Aside from that, the service was trash, since the girl taking my order had headphones in, I had to repeat everything 2 or more times, and she was much more excited to talk to coworkers and a friend that came in than to take my order.
