“Course Coffee is undoubtedly one of my favorite spots in St Charles. Their specialty roasted coffees are next level. They offer everything from lattes to pour overs, and super yummy seasonal drinks. The environment is so cozy, and perfect for catching up with a friend, working remotely, or enjoying a good book. Their baristas are so knowledgeable about their coffees and happy to answer any questions about the menu and even make suggestions for what you might like to try! Cannot recommend enough 10/10“

From the moment you walk in, the smell of freshly brewed coffee and tea is absolutely captivating—it’s the kind of aroma that makes you want to stay awhile. Their selection is truly unmatched in the area. I picked up Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble, Jamaican Me Crazy, Viennese Cinnamon, and Ginger Peach Tea, and each one has its own amazing flavor and aroma. Everything feels thoughtfully chosen and top quality. On top of that, I even found Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning (made by “Walker & Sons”). With my last name being Walker and two sons of my own, I couldn’t resist—it felt like it was meant for me. Sha’s isn’t just a coffee shop, it’s an experience. Great products, cozy atmosphere, and plenty of unique finds that make it stand out from anywhere else nearby. I highly recommend it to any coffee or tea lover!“

“Went for the first time and ordered the Spiced Whipped Honey drink, the chocolate croissant, and the everything bagel sandwich. Every single thing I put in my mouth was incredible. The chipotle aioli that came with the bagel was so good. Eric is doing a great job with this place! We will be back!“

Went to this coffee shop while we were in town running some errands, and I'm glad we did! Hubby and I each got a Milkyway specialty drink and they were delicious. You rarely see coffee shops doing smoothies, so I went ahead and got myself a Strawberry-Mango-Banana and it was SO good. The fruit is clearly super fresh and the sweetness level was perfect. Service was also quick, the barista brought the drinks right to us at our seats.

Atmosphere is very quiet, but not in an empty way. There's chill music playing over the speakers, and it's at a good enough volume to hear but not so loud it distracts from conversation or work. Place felt super cozy and we'll definitely be coming back here next time we're in town.“
