Crazy Bowls and Wraps

Workers must be seriously underpaid or no one here actually cares about customer service. Aside from the crap attitude of the cashier and overpriced small Caesar wrap , neither her nor the cooks in the kitchen could bother to tell me what the ingredients were inside an appetizer. You’d think given that it’s on the menu for sale and cooked by their kitchen they’d have even the slightest idea of what vegetables were in it besides bad attitude.

The brown rice was undercooked and crunchy leaving a lot of inedible food. Everything else was good but the rice was terrible for me and my girlfriend. First time this has happened but should never happen.

Fa I felt was so burnt whoever oaxked it seen the horrible quality and just said hell with me,,lettuce wraps were in bowl all mixed couldn't vtell what was what.i was so excited to try and has to be worst experience I've ever had with restaraunt.looked nothing like picture.honestly,I was insulted they served it.

I must say that I am a regular at this establishment for years and the protein has gone dramatically downhill. I purchased a bowl with chicken and the chicken was absolutely disgusting. Like it was pre-cooked and warmed up to the ultimate chicken jerky tenderness. I threw my bowl out and sent my money down the drain. I will never eat the regular bowls again. Breakfast is glorious...but the rest 🤢

They always cooked their chicken to perfection ! And everything is always fresh.

Whenever I am in the St Louis area I make sure to stop and get some CBW. Always filling and healthy and delicious. I really do wish they were in more areas. I was pleased to see they have a location in Louisville. Certainly think they would do great in Iowa City and Kansas City and Minneapolis and Chicago.

I’ve always come here when at work. This time I effed up and chose the wrong location ?. The staff was sooo accommodating! So nice! ? I cannot believe how much they go above & beyond for the customers.! Definitely has been my favorite and will forever be my favorite!!

Power bowl was great as usual. Fresh made with fresh ingredients.

Dietary restrictions: CBW is one of the few fast food restaurants that have low sodium menu options (with appropriate ingredient deletions). Finally good tasting food that’s good for you.
