Worst customer service experience possible. Ordered a catering order for a college hockey team that was in town for a tournament. Arrived at 7:45 to pick up. Employee said she did not have my order. Restaurant was empty and the door says they close at 9. Thought perhaps we could put together something for our boys that had just finished a game and were starving. She was very uninterested in making sandwiches. Did not offer to make a sandwich and in fact said they close at 8:00. Have really never witnessed anyone who seemed less interested in performing their job duties and she simply did not care at all about this order. Order was sent through EZ Cater and the restaurant owner does have to accept the order. So the order was received by the restaurant. Nevertheless they did not help at all and 8pm we had to order pizza for our crew of 25 hungry college hockey players. I did ask the employee to call the owner so I could speak to him before making a poor review but she refused. I would not recommend ordering a catering order from this location because they are uninterested in the business.

I ordered the Medium Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket with no pickle , mayo , or BBQ sauce. I picked up my order and drove it to my daughter who had just had a baby. She asked me to get this for her. The sandwich had mayo and BBQ sauce on it. Now she had nothing to eat.

Went for my first time with my boyfriend yesterday for lunch because everybody always talks about how good it is . Ended up getting the worst food poisoning from there , was sick all night couldn’t even make it to work the next day ! A very friendly environment overall but I will not be back.

Great food. We'll make. Out of pastrami or else the review would be 5 stars. Also hot sauce not out to sample like other firehouse subs.

The food here is good & we love their soups but portion size leaves something to be desired at times. We ordered sandwiches & soup to go but when we got home the cups of soup were each less than half full. The sandwiches were fine & the soup that we had tasted good but there wasn't much of it. It'll be awhile before we come back here again.

I ran over from the Convention Center lto pick up a salad for my friend & a small sandwich for me. (Late lunch) There were 4 employees & not one appeared to understand English. The cashier said they were out of Romaine lettuce so I asked what they did have.(?) She replied "shredded" so I said ok. Surprised then that his salad was Romaine. (??) He did not get his ranch dressing (or any dressing) on the side & the black olives requested to add to his salad were missing as well. For $19 plus change, this was ridiculous service & frustrating not to be able to have anyone that could communicate very well I would definitely double check your order before you leave....or just go elsewhere.
