I love this place and I come so often just for the fries. Everyone is so lovely I never rarely put a bad review ever but I came in today for fries and I barely got any in my bag and she gave me OLD fries too. It’s not a thing here. They start on your fries in front of you, I got the rest of someone else’s order! It was cold and bad! I’m not the person to say anything and I hate myself for it bc it’s not cheap at all. She was so rude as well. Don’t know her name, first time I ever see her and she has very light blond short hair. Very disappointed and hungry so I hope she has the day she deserves ♥️

Stopped by for dinner while out of town for a work trip. I walked over from our hotel, ordered, and walked the food back. Happily sat down to enjoy dinner with my wife only to find that her bunless burger was missing the beef! They remade it for me after I walked back. The food tasted great, but what a frustrating experience!

Prices are insane. Would cost $20 for a burger, fries, and a drink. Got a hotdogs that was just meat, bun, and a slice of American cheese and that was almost $9. I could understand if the burgers were huge but it's no different than any fast food restaurant. You walk out just feeling ripped off.
