This place was great and I will definitely be back. We walked in and we're greeted with a smile. My son was very comfortable. I had not been to five guys in 7 years. The lady that helped us was Christine and she helped me along the way. She explained the menu sizes and everything and was very patient with me. I really appreciate that. Did not rush me at all. I proceeded to have the best burger and fries that I've had probably in 7 years. A plus plus plus five guys in St. Charles. The burger was great fries too

Their burgers are really good, but a bargain they are not. They are known for giving you a ton of fries, but they're mediocre. All in all it's an expensive, overhyped place...that I'd eat again if someone brought me there.
Kid-friendliness: Bright, open, clean format. Kids loved being able to eat peanuts while waiting for our food.
