I went up there having a horrible day and the lady that was working that night went out of her way to ask if i was okay and then threw in an extra little goody cake to try to brighten my day!And she definitely did make my day a lot better, I didn’t get her name but she was very sweet! The wait was bad but I understand a lot of places are short staff. Great place if you are patient with the short staff!

I ordered the classic popcorn chicken big box and I opened it up only to find the popcorn chicken in there. No medium fries were included. It was over $8. Very disappointing.

This has to be the slowest fast food restaurant in the world. For some reason I continue to give them a chance and go one more time. Today that ends. I’ve been in line for over 30 minutes, and still don’t have my food. Was in line for 10 minutes with 2 vehicles in front of me just to order. After paying the attendant disappeared for over 5 minutes only because someone was inside at the counter. I will not be back.UPDATE: As you can see below Jack In The Box responded to my review. Seemed like they really cared, and wanted more information by providing a link. ABSOLUTELY NOT. The link is just to their generic FAQ page. No way I could leave feedback, or chat with someone. Speaks volumes about what JTIB cares about.

Worst jack in the box I’ve ever been too. Food was just the saddest thing i’ve ever seen. Employees aren’t that respectful either. Look at the “Spicy” Loaded fries we got. Saddest Squirt of cheese, no bacon, and no jalapeños. Just close this place down.

Very sweet lady named Jessica working. While it did take a little time it was hot and fresh. Wait is expected when you realize the lady taking the order is the same one making food. For all the complaints left at least they are open and trying.

This Jack in the Box is barely ever open. I really love Jack in the Box and consider it to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants, but this one just never seems to be open even though GoogleMaps says it’s open. I’ve even had problems on UberEats where it says that the restaurant is open and I then place my order but when the delivery drivers show up to pick it up it’s closed, yet my orders go through on the UberEats app which is really annoying to sort out after waiting for 40-50mins for the order already.

You know what happens here? Magic, that's what. I'm talkin line almost to the street, people honking, yellin, it's a st.Charles weekday. Why did I decide to make the stop at this jack in the box? Honestly, I was stoned, anywhoozle, I get behind the last car. I see at the box there ordering is a van. So I figure, put it in park. Well, you could say I was quit surprised when I found my myself at the box front and center, I did not look at the menu once and I'm going to be the guy "can I have a minute?" No. You can have a #1, now PULL AROUND. Luckily, I found some more luck with not only the lead car a van, I'm talkin abouts 2 maybe 3 vans, q convoy in front me. So I found some time before being greeted to check the menu. No sooner I decid on my order the speaker starts cracking to life. Now. I was more than expecting and completely understanding to hear not the most thrilled voice. This place was havingn a day. Well, I was SHOOK when the voice that came over was just polite and happy to be. "Welcome to jack in the box what can we make for you today?" They asked and crushed it, I was ready to dab them up through the box. I oder, flawlessly, and, don't worry about what i ordered that's weird. Now, I'm expecting to pull up a little in line, wait a second, hit a bat. But when my foot slowly release the break I focus and...... Not one, van, not even in the parking spots. Heroin, shot up my spine as I pull to the window, boom, wallet out, money ready, I'm on a roll. Then it hits me. Where did those vans go? It was not long enough for them to have gotten their food. Science says its impossible. I was confused, I mean scared to be honest, do I call the police,. Ew no. Was it aliens? Did they leave their food? Then, a quick guest of amnesia breeze, whoosh, window open, second pleasant person I incountered with food drink in hand. As he leans the food to me I just have to ask. "Say blood, what happened to those vans?" Taken back by my question they stammer for a second and say, "uh, they got their food, probably headed home?. Jaw, floor, head explode! Oh I'm sorry I didn't know I was dealing with the JIBS Olympic team. I can't wait to get home. Now, I'm not saying they had anything to do with this but I went 20 over the whole way all green. I get home, before I'm even sitting down I have this thing unwrapped and in my face like the it's prom night and I finally got Megan Delano back to a hotel. First bit, fireworks. Saw my life flash before my eyes. I thought I was going to die. which sucks because the life that just flashed before me, everything sucked, my life sucked now compared to this JIBS. There were no cars in front of us.The back door of the restaurant was wide open and it is right next to the ordering kiosk. Not interested in waiting on customers I guess

Girl would not serve me at the drive thru. They did not respond at the menu so we drove up to the window to place a one meal order and a girl yelled at me for not ordering at the menu when they did not even take my order. I don't know who was in shift at 7:30pm on 2/5/22 but she should absolutely not be working with customer.

Extremely rude workers. Went for a pickup order, doors were locked, didn't get a response from the DT. Pulled up to window and got their attention only to be told they were closed. I suggested to put up a sign so others would know and was told "i dont have to do $hit and Google our hours." Their website and Google said they opened at 10am. I was there for my pickup order at 1150am.

I arrived at 10am Tuesday, 2/1/22. Pulled up to the drivethru. No answer. I pulled up to the window and two employees inside looked at me and walked away. Thus JB had gone completely down hill. It's either always closed or very slow. This is poor management and nothing else. McDs doesn't struggle with this
