No one in the drive thru more than an hour before close and I asked can I get 4 chicken sandwiches and the lady just flat out said no I asked why and she said we ain’t got those and I said well what do you have and she said anything but that. [Backstory: I was born and raised in St.Louis and Jack in the Box is part of my childhood. I moved to Tennessee 4 years ago and we don’t have a Jack in the Box here. So, when I come visit home I always make sure to stop and get some curly fries and tacos.]This specific location I’ve been to twice. Once in March of 2023 and once this past weekend. Both times, they have been nothing but kind to me and have gotten my order exactly right. This last visit, it was around 9pm, there were two cars in the parking lot and I’m assuming those were employees since the lobby and drive-thru were empty. While waiting for my order at the window (which didn’t take long at all) I looked inside and only saw two younger people working. They looked like teenagers or at least young adults. I really think people should be kinder to fast-food employees and learn a little patience. People are so angry and demanding nowadays and it’s so sad. My order came out 100% correct, it was still hot, and it tasted amazing. I give a lot of props to the people working here. There’s a lot of bad reviews, but I would take them with a grain of salt.
Half time they can't get the order right. Once order is placed can't cancel. No way to get a refund short of contacting corporate.

This Jack in the box is better than most. It was open and they were not out of taco shells. They got my food right the first time. I enjoy extra lettuce with my tacos and they got it right! Other Jack in the boxes I ask for extra lettuce and sometimes I end up with no lettuce in my tacos.
