I stopped in today for a quick bite and was extremely impressed by the professionalism and kindness the young employee by the name of TJ had. It's not too often in todays world you get such respect from young man.
they were fast and got my order right
Ordered dilery through their app and was missing half my food. If you Order through the app the only way you can report missing items is to call. When you call it rings once then tells you they are unable to take your call and hangs up. So I went to get the rest of my food in person, bag of food in hand that I actually and my recipe. Jack in the Box, a part of many people's childhood, has been experienced positively by this reviewer during their visits to this specific location in St. Louis. The reviewer appreciated the kindness and accuracy of the staff in fulfilling their orders, which included curly fries and tacos. Despite the empty lobby and drive-thru, the order was quickly prepared by the two young employees.
There was an issue with a leaking soda machine, causing water to spread across the lobby. The reviewer brought it to the attention of the cashier, but it wasn't addressed until after they had finished eating. Customer service has been great and very informative. The young lady with the pink hair is very friendly. Fast Food at its best. This location is better than some, and looks like it's improving. Had an awesome experience with a clean and friendly staff. Food was 3.5 stars, staff ok, needs some cleaning. This place has went down since May 2023.
