Got it through Door Dash. I don't know what it is about getting food from there through doordash but it is always cold something always seems to be missing. Do the employees there treat the DD customers different?

Been 21 yrs since I had jack on the box and it was just as good as I remembered. Id probably in from the east coast just to eat it since theres none nearby

The reviewer appreciated the kindness and accuracy of the staff in fulfilling their orders, which included curly fries and tacos. Despite the empty lobby and drive-thru, the order was quickly prepared by the two young employees.
There was an issue with a leaking soda machine, causing water to spread across the lobby. The reviewer brought it to the attention of the cashier, but it wasn't addressed until after they had finished eating. Customer service has been great and very informative. The young lady with the pink hair is very friendly. Fast Food at its best. This location is better than some, and looks like it's improving. Had an awesome experience with a clean and friendly staff. Food was 3.5 stars, staff ok, needs some cleaning. This place has went down since May 2023.
