We live very close to this location so we have ordered quite a few times. The food is normally pretty good but the service is so inconsistent. Tonight I ordered pick up and when I got there the pick up shelf was empty and there was one other person waiting. Someone came in after me and asked if I was waiting for pick up which I said I was and he asked if they would put it on the pick up shelf and I said I assume so since the app says to go to the pick up shelf. I typically love this location, but had a pretty frustrating experience today. My coworker and I each placed an online pickup order, but when I arrived, there was a sign on the door that they were closed due to inclement weather. There's less than an inch of snowfall, but that's fine, I respect businesses that prioritize their employee's safety. But don't you think the person that made the decision to close and posted a sign on the door, could have thought...

The sandwich was really good. That's why I did three stars. The service was ridiculous. One kid had death metal blaring on his phone. One girl was so mousy and quiet, that she was unintelligible. The one grown-up that was working there seemed to be pissed off at the world, or maybe he just couldn't stand it anymore. I know good help is hard to find, but damn.
