Rather than worrying about up selling, they should listen to the order.Update (4/11/2024): no real update, but they are conveniently located when heading to the airport from our house, but we may have to buy elsewhere. We do the mobile app, asked for side condiments, and asked for sandwich to be cut...none of that happened. We put in drive thru and then told to drive around to the front to pickup...I guess they needed more time to be freaky fast and inaccurate to the order. Top it off, the girl bringing it out was less than cordial. We definitely got the feel she didn't want to be doing what she was doing. My advice, having been a bus boy then waiter, find something else then.

I ordered online. Part of my order was not in stock at this store but I was never informed. When my order was delivered and my items were missing, I called the store to report the problem. They only offered to cancel my order and place the order again without the missing items. However, I used Apple Pay and since I couldn’t pay over the phone the employee told me that I was out of luck. This store stole my money and wasted 15 minutes of my afternoon on the phone jerking me around. The professional thing for the store to do would have been to call me when my order was placed and inform me that what I ordered was not available. If they had done this, I could have cancelled the order and placed it again myself online and still received my delivery within the timeframe I needed it. Instead I was charged for items not received and told that it was not their problem.

Googled closest location to my daughter’s school and saw this one had 3.6 stars so I did not have high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised! Very clean, EXCELLENT customer service, fresh food, and in and out quickly! Great job Keith who took the time to meet me and take excellent care of my order! Order delivery from this location frequently. Twice they have made my order incorrectly. Filed a complaint with management after they didn't put peppers or tomatoes on a spicy italian sub. Never received an email or acknowledgement of this issue.Would recommend supporting locations with management that actually wants to make things right when mistakes are made.

I placed a pickup order through the Jimmy John's app on Saturday night for a party pack. The order was ready when I got there right at the time I said I needed it. I took it to my daughter's house party and the sandwiches were a hit and gone within the hour. She was grilling burgers, but I think some people were vegetarians, so they appreciated the options.

Sandwich wasn't even made right plus Absolutely atrocious service from so called "General manager" called about an order for delivery almost an hour later than expected I stated to have my order delivered around back under awning I found it in the side of the house when I called the "General manager" answered with an attitude to begin with and I stated it was in the wrong place of delivery I was hung up on horrible managerial experience never go back to this shop again
