Food was great, I was actually suprised CBR tatsed that good. The customer service was great, avery helped me out nice and quickly. Definitely my favorite Jimmy's spot
Update: I received a survey after my order and I did fill it out with my complaint and the general manager personally reached out and has offered me a free sandwich. Very pleasantly surprised, thank you Jazmine!
Long time customer of this Jimmy Johns because it’s close to my work. However, today I picked up my sandwich and had issues. My Turkey Tom was cut in half, which is fine except the right side literally only had one piece of turkey on it. And the left side...read full review
