We went to St. Charles for the Oktoberfest. We've been wanting to try this Kickin' it with Kava cafe, so we stopped in. It was a cute little cafe with lots to look at. We each had a White Kratom. One with raspberry and one with watermelon. They were really good! The quality was excellent and the flavor was great. It may have even given us some much needed energy. It's hard to tell. I believe it was healthier than a soft drink. The owner and the girl behind the counter were very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner gave my husband an explanation of the different items on the menu. I loved that the owner's adorable dog was outside. I'd come again. It's a small local business that I feel good about supporting.

Most peaceful place in the galaxy. They keep a respectful family vibe here. Some may say the drink prices are high, but they're totally worth enjoying the unique atmosphere. I'm pretty sure the one star reviews are fake accounts made by salty people banned from here for being disrespectful.

I was happy to stumble upon this hidden gem over a year ago.The kavatenders always welcome you with excellent service. The atmosphere is fun, vibrant and sure to brighten your mood. Top shelf products too. I highly recommend if you're visiting Main Street St. Charles.

I usually only stick to giving good reviews of places but I just wanted others to know my experience. This place was pretty chaotic to say the least, there was a dog at the entrance who snapped at my boyfriend unfortunately. I wish the kava itself was something to write home about but it was not great, and the atmosphere defeated the purpose of relaxation.

Go give it a try, pool table is in the back btw. Tournaments on tuesdays and Saturdays as well.
