We went there mid afternoon. I generally have had great experience but this was the worse experience any of us have ever had with a PF Chang's. It was so bad that I probably won't consider going to this one again. Table was dirty, the "clean" plates they provided actually had rice on them. The meat in our entrees, one was very rubbery and one almost tasted burnt. Everything and I mean everything was just off.
I long wait for my order, received incorrect order, had to request condiments and silverware twice , rice was cold and chicken hard and dry, will Not be returning!
Absolutely delicious! The drinks were very tastey also. We highly recommend and will be back. Mongolian Trio was superb. We all ordered something different, and everyone loved their dish. Brussel sprouts were a hit too! Nice sized portions!
The waitress was too fast. We would start ordering not be done yet and she would ask the next person. We had to four times say we aren't done yet. The best part of the meal was the dessert. The Mongolian beef's broccoli were like stalks of hard green vegetables.
First time guest. We found the food was amazing. Everyone in our group had a different dish. Everyone agreed everything was perfect and the presentation was great. We will go back soon.
Philip is so good went above and beyond. Store is very clean, food was so good.

My wife & I met a couple of friends for mid-week lunch at P.F. Chang's in The Streets of St. Charles mixed-use complex. The table service was VERY slow, but our waitress did apologize a few times for the delays. My wife & I each ordered dishes listed under a Lunch Specials section of the table menu, but they appear to be the equivalent of what the online menu lists as "Bowls" with "smaller portions of our favorites, served on top of steamed white or brown rice and a side." We both enjoyed our entrees (Honey Chicken, Orange Chicken - each offering enough leftovers for a small dinner meal), and my Side item of Pork Egg Roll was large & well prepared. My wife found her Side House Salad to be too spicy for her tastes. Our dining partners enjoyed their dishes, especially the Teriyaki Beef entree. We are accustomed to P.F. Chang's being an upscale dining destination (with furnishings & decor to match), so we really appreciate having flavorful options that won't bust our budget. They will be added to our Local Lunch List.
Things have really changed at Changs, portions smaller, sharing rice and wraps we terrible! Restroom was dirty hair all over the sinks, someone picking out a fro, then we got lucky and that fro served us. Prediction, this place shuts down within a year unless things change.
Me and my parents had such a great time! We had a little bit of a late dinner because of a dance competition down the street and this was one of the only places open. I’m so happy we chose to eat here! Our server Phillip was an absolute doll! He was so funny and so entertaining! He had an amazing sense of humor and made dinner so fun! I would 1000% recommend, and if you get Phillip as your server, go ahead and tell him I said hi! 😆 - Mia

The host was selective and wasn’t following his chart. Had to wait half an hour even with a reservation. The booth was bad and you can feel the wood. Food was overrated. The waiter was ok but sounded like a robot also. Overall , nothing special. Will. It go there again.

There was no place to park, the place was packed, so is no first hand review.

The restaurant loses a ton of money due to poor servers and terrible bartenders. Takes 29-40 minutes to even get a mock tail. So much for a few rounds.
