My wife & I met a couple of friends for mid-week lunch at P.F. Chang's in The Streets of St. Charles mixed-use complex. The table service was VERY slow, but our waitress did apologize a few times for the delays. My wife & I each ordered dishes listed under a Lunch Specials section of the table menu, but they appear to be the equivalent of what the online menu lists as "Bowls" with "smaller portions of our favorites, served on top of steamed white or...

Things have really changed at Changs, portions smaller, sharing rice and wraps we terrible! Restroom was dirty hair all over the sinks, someone picking out a fro, then we got lucky and that fro served us. Prediction, this place shuts down within a year unless things change.

Me and my parents had such a great time! We had a little bit of a late dinner because of a dance competition down the street and this was one of the only places open. Iām so happy we chose to eat here! Our server Phillip was an absolute doll! He was so funny and so entertaining! He had an amazing sense of humor and made dinner so fun! I would 1000% recommend, and if you get Phillip as your server, go ahead and tell him I said hi! š - Mia
